• Stay informed about current legislation, especially assigned legal specialties. Attend Continuing Legal Education (CLE) courses and/or other training to maintain knowledge in areas of expertise or gain new knowledge.
• Perform other duties as designated by the Managing Attorney and Senior Leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar licensed and in good standing with the Bar.
• One year of housing experience with some litigation experience
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize, and review the work of others.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet all deadlines.
• Experience with legal database systems to document case assignments, timekeeping, and notes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Systems Management

• Provide functional support for month-end closing activities, monitor interfaces, troubleshoot user issues, meta-data maintenance, and financial systems operation.
• Perform requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and coordination of system enhancements or configuration changes based on Finance business needs.
• Conduct testing and user acceptance for system changes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform valuation services for pension and post-retirement medical plans

• Prepare plan design alternatives for pension and post-retirement medical plans

• Prepare and present key findings to clients

• Perform project tasks independently

• Participate in the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client

• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

• Prepare deliverables with accuracy and quality

• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff

• Manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experiences

Knowledge of

• Advanced statistics and modeling software

• identifying and validating pension plan data

• Experience performing benefit calculations

Skill in

• Identifying patterns and trends in complex sets of data to determine the factors that have an effect on certain types of events.

• Ability to use and develop spreadsheets, databases, and statistical analysis tools

Ability to

• Explain complex technical matters to those without an actuarial background.

• Communicate clearly through the reports and memos that describe their work and recommendations.

• Proficient use and development of spreadsheets, databases, and statistical analysis tools.

Education/Previous Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field, single employer and multiemployer pension plan actuary experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other business related field

Licenses/Certifications

• FSA, ASA, and/or EA actuarial designation

• Member of the American Academy of Actuaries preferred

Full-time W2 | 10+ years Cloud & Infrastructure Architecture Experience

This is a high-impact infrastructure leadership role sitting at the heart of a major enterprise transformation.

You’ll take ownership of a large-scale hybrid estate spanning cloud and on-prem environments driving strategy, modernisation, and operational excellence across mission-critical systems.

This is not a support role.

This is ownership, influence, and decision-making at scale.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and execute cloud & infrastructure strategy across AWS / Azure / GCP
• Own hybrid architecture (cloud + data centre) at enterprise scale
• Lead large-scale migrations, modernisation & automation initiatives
• Act as the technical authority (SME) across infrastructure
• Drive high availability, resilience & disaster recovery strategy
• Oversee data centre operations, performance & optimisation
• Influence senior stakeholders and business-critical decisions

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in cloud / infrastructure architecture or leadership roles
• Deep expertise across:
• Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Data centre technologies (compute, storage, networking, virtualization)
• Proven experience in hybrid cloud environments
• Strong background in cloud migration & infrastructure transformation
• Experience leading teams or acting as a technical authority
• Solid understanding of:
• Security & compliance
• High availability / disaster recovery
• Enterprise-scale infrastructure

Nice to Have

• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
• Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• DevOps / automation exposure
• Experience with large-scale transformation programmes
