Radiology Technologist (Weekends)
Anticipated schedule:  Saturday/Sunday/Monday 7a-730p

Our imaging teams are a committed, caring group of professionals. We are currently seeking a Florida-licensed Radiology Technologist on a full-time basis. You will take radiographs (x-rays) of patients which will assist physicians in diagnoses and treatment and perform procedures accurately and in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner.

Your tasks and responsibilities as a Radiology Tech, or X-Ray Tech, may include:

• You will possess sound and thorough knowledge of all diagnostic radiographic procedures and related equipment including surgical, portable, trauma, general and fluoroscopic radiographic procedures.
• You will obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images assuring only optimal images are submitted for interpretation utilizing appropriate lead markers as well as date and time stickers where indicated
• You will select proper and accurate technical factors and techniques to accommodate patient and assist in administration of contrast media when indicated.
• You will prepare, transfer and position patients as needed ensuring modesty, safely utilizing auxiliary equipment and/or devices indicated.
• You will document all pertinent clinical information prior to exam, obtain informed consent, and complete all required fields within MEDITECH accurately and on time.
• You will maintain proactive and effective communication with patient and other caregiver colleagues to include the radiologist.
• You will check the operation of the equipment, maintain cleanliness of table/equipment to prevent cross-contamination of contagious diseases and keep room stocked with linens and necessary supplies.

Qualifications:

• 2-year or Associate degree
• Valid ARRT credentials
• Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience, preferably in an acute-care hospital setting
• Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.

Set up, adjust and operate CNC, conventional and special purpose machines to fabricate required parts by performing the following duties.

CNC MACHINIST ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, or other provided information to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and set-up requirements.
• Ability to efficiently produce quality parts on a CNC plus one other separate work center within the Machine Shop.
• Prepare the correct material for machining.
• Select the most appropriate tools for the assigned task.
• Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow and depth and angle of cut or enter commands to retrieve, input or edit program.
• Run your first piece and make adjustments as needed. Make sure part meets print.
• Be able to successfully navigate within TSE ERP system and correctly enter data as required.
• Must be able to make/grind your own tools as required.

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.
