Responsibilities
- Assist in providing an excellent client experience
- Learn and follow established client success procedures and protocols
- Work alongside senior staff to develop
- Participate in routine training sessions to enhance professional skills
- Support the implementation of client retention initiatives
- Familiarize oneself with agency technology tools and systems
- Assist with basic technology-related tasks as needed
- Actively contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive team environment
Qualifications
- Willingness to work in College Station, Texas in an office environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Passionate about maintaining positive client relationships
- Previous experience in a client services role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No insurance experience required
