The Food and Beverage Department at Six Flags Great Adventure has an exciting opportunity available and is looking for candidates to be a part of the Hospitality Management – Food and Beverage Internship Program. Our goal within the Food and Beverage Department is to not only deliver exceptional meals to our guests, but to also assist in making memorable family experiences around our meals while following the Six Flags Mantra. Joining our program will provide you the tools necessary to jumpstart a career within the Hospitality Management world by providing you the knowledge of Back of House and Front of House operation.
Responsibilities:Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling food and beverages at outdoor carts and/or indoor restaurants.
- Taking and filling orders and being able to multitask.
- Preparing and assembling food items in a kitchen area, including the use of a fryer, grill, broiler, and other industrial cooking equipment.
- Preparing, handling and serving food products including but not limited to meat, meat products, pork, shellfish, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, and nut products.
- Point of Sale Handling, and processing orders properly for the kitchen.
- Dispensing and selling alcoholic beverages.
- Setting and stocking tables, outdoor carts, and restaurants.
- Working with cleaning chemicals.
- Working independently or as part of a large team.
- Plans for and ensures that all Team Members, facilities, and materials are in complete readiness for daily operation.
- The opening and closing duties, along with identifying and reporting repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Remain in strict accordance with the Department of Health and Beverage Laws.
- Ensure adequate stock of supplies and also consistently maintain venue inventory.
- Manage food, beverage, and non-labor costs through proper hands on monitoring.
Qualifications for each applicant:
- Must be at least 18 years old by program start date

Job Overview: The Fair Lending Banking Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the Bank’s Fair Lending Compliance Program to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain a strong fair lending risk profile. This role serves as the program owner for all Fair Lending governance, risk assessment, monitoring, reporting, training, and regulatory examination readiness activities.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience establishing and leading a Fair Lending Compliance Program within a banking or financial institution environment — including developing risk assessment methodologies, building monitoring frameworks, conducting redlining and comparative file reviews, managing remediation, and presenting results to Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
This position partners closely with Senior Leadership, Compliance, Risk, CRA, Lending, and Audit teams to proactively identify Fair Lending risk and continuously strengthen the Bank’s compliance posture.
Key Responsibilities
Fair Lending Program Ownership & Governance
- Design, implement, and oversee the Bank’s enterprise-wide Fair Lending Compliance Program, ensuring it is risk-based and aligned with the Bank’s size, complexity, and business model
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert and owner for Fair Lending risk management across all lending products and business lines
- Advise Senior Management and the Board of Directors on emerging Fair Lending risks, regulatory expectations, and program effectiveness
Risk Assessment & Monitoring
- Develop and execute the Bank’s annual Fair Lending risk assessment, evaluating underwriting, pricing, marketing, steering, redlining, and product risk
- Design and oversee a robust Fair Lending monitoring framework, including:
- Comparative file reviews
- Redlining analysis
- Marketing and outreach reviews
- Exception and override testing
- Quality of assistance reviews
- Identify root causes of Fair Lending issues and ensure timely remediation and control enhancements
Reporting & Regulatory Engagement
- Prepare clear, concise, and data-driven reports for Senior Management and the Board of Directors on Fair Lending risk, trends, and remediation efforts
- Serve as the primary owner for Fair Lending regulatory examinations (OCC, FDIC, CFPB, state regulators), including preparation, issue management, and response development
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, workpapers, and evidence supporting program effectiveness
Policies, Controls & Training
- Develop and maintain all Fair Lending-related policies, procedures, and program documentation
- Review credit policies, pricing structures, underwriting criteria, marketing strategies, new products, and third-party activities to proactively identify Fair Lending risk
- Design and lead Fair Lending training programs for employees, Senior Management, and the Board of Directors, including customized training as needed
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with the CRA Officer, Lending teams, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, and Operations to integrate Fair Lending controls throughout the organization
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen preventative and detective controls
- Manage special compliance projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Important Note: This role requires hands-on leadership and ownership of a Fair Lending Compliance Program within a banking environment. Experience limited to loan origination, underwriting, or participation in Fair Lending reviews without program design and management responsibility will not meet the requirements of this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree (required)
- 5+ years of banking compliance experience with direct ownership of Fair Lending Compliance Programs
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing Fair Lending risk assessments, monitoring frameworks, and regulatory examinations
- Extensive hands-on experience with:
- Comparative file reviews
- Redlining analysis
- Underwriting and pricing risk reviews
- Fair Lending remediation efforts

Case Manager
General Description
The Case Manager is responsible for resource assessment to identify client needs and establish connections/rapport within the community to provide myriad resources and connection to services. Case managers will be responsible for service planning and service plan implementation & coordination, as well as monitoring and follow-up on these services. The case manager is expected to be active in aftercare planning, crisis intervention, and third-party requests.
Tasks & Responsibilities
A. Essential Duties
- General Case Management functions supporting client needs.
- Coordinate daily case management needs assisting clients with securing resources.
- Coordinate/facilitate Third Party records requests.
- Participate in weekly Treatment Team Meetings.
- Discharge & Aftercare planning.
- Facilitate groups at least once per week.

The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of engineers and technical personnel who support the ongoing performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of existing manufacturing operations. This role ensures that production systems, processes, and products operate efficiently while driving initiatives related to cost reduction, product performance improvements, and operational excellence.
- The manager will serve as the primary engineering liaison to production, collaborating closely with operations, quality, supply chain, and product development teams to resolve technical challenges and implement process improvements. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff responsible for supporting existing manufacturing operations.
- Foster collaboration between engineering, operations, and quality teams to drive operational excellence initiatives.
- Establish clear priorities and ensure engineering resources are effectively aligned with production needs.
Manufacturing & Production Support
- Serve as the primary engineering point-of-contact for manufacturing operations.

- Maintain accurate engineering definitions including bills of materials (BOMs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), drawings, and process specifications.

Quality & Root Cause Analysis
- Partner with the Quality team to investigate production or field failures.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support quality initiatives aimed at improving product reliability and manufacturing consistency.
Engineering Change Management
- Manage and oversee the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process from initiation through implementation.
- Ensure engineering and quality documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication during product or process changes.
Process Improvement & Lean Initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and statistical problem-solving methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve assembly processes, reduce waste, and optimize workflow.
- Support preventative maintenance initiatives and long-term equipment reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, operations, supply chain, and customer support teams to support product lifecycle management.
- Assist supply chain teams with evaluation of alternate components or suppliers to mitigate supply risks.
- Ensure alignment between engineering initiatives and broader operational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Basic Function
The Director of Nursing (DON) provides strategic and operational leadership for all nursing services at Maryville Integrated Care. As a member of the executive leadership team, the DON ensures safe, high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions. The DON oversees clinical standards, compliance, staff development, and quality improvement, while fostering a collaborative culture across multidisciplinary teams to drive positive client outcomes.
Essential Functions
Leadership & Administration
- Provide leadership and administrative oversight of all nursing services and staff.
- Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care in compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational requirements.
- Participate in organizational planning, program development, and budget management for nursing services.
- Oversee staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluation, competency development, and succession planning.
- Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous quality improvement within the nursing team.
Clinical Oversight & Client Care
- Ensure delivery of client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care.
- Align nursing interventions with evidence-based practices for SUD and behavioral health populations.
- Coordinate nursing services with medical, counseling, and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Oversee medication management, including prescribing oversight, administration, storage, and documentation per physician orders and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient safety, infection control, and adherence to medical protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other providers to evaluate client medical needs and adjust treatment as necessary.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards (NJ Board of Nursing, NJ Department of Health/DMHAS, CARF).
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, internal audits, and data reporting to ensure safe, effective care delivery.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation in accordance with agency standards.
- Lead nursing preparation for regulatory and accreditation surveys, including survey readiness activities.
- Maintain readiness for annual licensing reviews, inspections, and updates (eg Certificate of Need, leadership changes).
- Supervise documentation adherence-including self-administration protocols and clinical recordkeeping in accordance with state standards.
Staff Development & Education
- Provide orientation, mentoring, and ongoing education for nursing staff.
- Assess training needs and ensure staff competency in addiction treatment, detox protocols, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), harm reduction, and co-occurring care.
- Encourage professional growth and support continuing education opportunities.
Client Advocacy & Community Relations
- Advocate for client access to medical care, referrals, and recovery resources.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments, external providers, and community partners.
- Support client and family education regarding medications, treatment plans, and health management.
Other Duties
- Uphold the professional code of ethics prescribed by the NJ Board of Nursing and Maryville’s Code of Conduct.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey, in good standing.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred. Certifications like CARN, PMH-BC, or ACLS/BLS are a plus. (equivalent leadership experience may be considered).
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role or 3 years in an opioid treatment/detox facility.
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral health, or a related healthcare setting required.
- Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT), detoxification protocols, and integrated care preferred.
