Shift: 1st Work Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (OT possible and weekends if needed)
Job Description:
Main Accountabilities- Ensuring that activities within scope are conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations
Perform finished product inspections according to standards, specifications established timelines
Perform AQL inspections according to standards, specifications established timelines
Trend AQL failures according to standards, specifications established timelines
Ensuring all batch release activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Manage the sampling, storing, monitoring and maintenance of finished product retention samples according to standards, specifications and established procedures and timelines
Manage / perform annual inspection of retention samples
Support creation of new material and product specifications
Perform document creation/revision, including periodic reviews, for department documentation according to established procedures and scheduled timelines
Support department Quality Management System (Change Control, Deviations, CAPA)
Support department documentation archival system
Collaborating closely with production to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the product lifecycle; highly recommended to be located on the shopfloor
Managing / escalating and resolving quality-related issues in a timely and effective manner
Support the monitoring and analyzing of quality performance metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed
Support root cause analysis investigations for quality incidents and implementing preventive measures
Support quality walkthroughs
Participating in internal and external audits and regulatory inspections providing support and documentation, as well as speaking as a subject matter expert in area of focus
Support risk management strategies to mitigate potential quality issues
Fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization
Key Roles- Request corrections when GMP rules are not respected
Prioritize quality and compliance objectives
Request quality improvement initiatives and strategies
Identify discrepancies and corrective/preventive actions that need to be taken
Escalate to upper management any failure in GMP execution on shopfloor
Inform relevant stakeholders and team members of quality performance, corrective actions, findings, and preventive measures
Advise on how to present a topic and answer specific questions
Advise on risk management strategies and plans
Advise on initiatives to promote a quality-focused culture
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Minimum Education: Bachelors degree
Must have Skills:
• Bachelors degree (Masters and PHD's will be accepted)
• 3 Year experience in related role (more experience the better)
• Quality Shop floor experience, quality assurance review experience
• Experience with inspecting finished goods and product
• Previous pharma and biotech experience / GMP (strongly preferred)
Nice to have
• Change Control, Deviations, CAPA (strongly preferred)
• SAP, Veeva

In this role, you will ensure that intake and referral processes are completed efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of patients, families, referral sources, and the organization. You will play a vital part in building strong professional relationships, coordinating admissions, and supporting community awareness of hospice services.
Essential Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to referrals from hospitals, home health, physicians, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals
- Assess patient eligibility for hospice services by reviewing medical records, conducting clinical evaluations, and communicating with physicians and families
- Educate patients and families on what hospice care includes, how it works, and why it matters—providing clarity, reassurance, and compassion
- Complete necessary documentation and coordinate the intake and admission process, ensuring all legal, clinical, and payer requirements are met
- Serve as a liaison between referral sources and our hospice care team—ensuring seamless handoffs, clear communication, and rapid response to needs
- Make daily visits to hospitals and facilities, maintaining visibility and accessibility with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and identify new outreach opportunities to increase awareness of hospice services
Education
Licensed Nurse with three to five years of hospice experience required.
BSN with five or more years of hospice experience preferred.
Experience
Minimum of three years of hospice experience required.
Prior experience as a discharge planner, case manager, or educator preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of employment.
CPR certification.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Skills and Knowledge
Strong knowledge of hospice care and the unique needs of patients and families.
Familiarity with community resources and referral networks.
Excellent patient assessment and documentation skills.
Ability to supervise staff, coordinate services, and manage programs effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Salary Range – $90,732 - $113,418

Internship – Strategic Sourcing
Position Overview
The Strategic Sourcing Intern will support the sourcing and procurement of high-value equipment—such as inverters, transformers, and other critical components—for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, data analytics, and contract negotiation within a fast‑growing sector of the energy industry.
The intern will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing team to analyze supplier data, support competitive bidding events, evaluate commercial proposals, and help optimize sourcing strategies. This internship is ideal for students interested in supply chain, engineering, business analytics, or renewable energy markets.
Primary Responsibilities
Supplier & Market Research
• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for medium-voltage transformers, inverters, and other BESS components.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence, pricing trends, cost structures, and supplier capabilities.
Data Analytics & Reporting
• Develop dashboards and reports to support sourcing decisions using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
• Analyze historical spend, lead times, and supplier performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Sourcing Event Support
• Support Request For Proposal (RFP) development, distribution, and evaluation.
• Help compare commercial bids, summarize results, and develop recommendation packages.
Contract Negotiation & Support
• Assist in preparing negotiation strategy materials, including cost breakdowns, risk assessments, and supplier scorecards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, legal, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on sourcing requirements and project timelines.
• Help track open actions and stakeholder feedback for sourcing projects.
