The System Director of Facilities Management and Security is directly accountable for the staff, management, fiscal responsibility, and operational oversight of multiple departments across the system. This position works collaboratively with Aspirus leadership and executive leadership to ensure the successful creation and oversight of the goals and objectives assigned to the system departments and programs. Has accountability to ensure that all key constituency groups are aligned and achieving strategic business plan implementation.
In addition, this role will have direct responsibility for administrative management, budget and financial management, capital planning oversight and accountability for all operational programs of the hospitals and outlying buildings including, but not limited to, Plant Operations, Grounds and Landscaping, Security, Safety and Emergency Management programs, and Joint Commission standards. Serves as the liaison for Clinical Engineering and Environmental Services.
Experience/Qualifications
- Knowledge of management practices, and hospital maintenance standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration or Engineering or through work experience of equal equivalence.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of ten years’ progressively responsible experience in facilities management, security, safety, emergency management or related field. Minimum of five years of leadership experience required.
- Experience leading multisite and/or system level programs in healthcare or related field.
- Healthcare experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and facilitation skills are essential.
- Professional certification in healthcare facilities engineering preferred.

MANIFEST Technology seeks a Senior Corporate Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide technical knowledge and assistance related to the development of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and Statement of Work (SOWs).

Prior Experience:

Aspirus Health is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee system-wide care coordination functions, including utilization review, social work, navigation, and case management. This critical role is responsible for executing Aspirus’ care coordination strategic plan, ensuring seamless transitions of care, and driving initiatives that enhance health system and health plan goals. The Director will lead the development and implementation of best practices, policies, and procedures across the continuum of care—spanning hospitals, clinics, post-acute settings, and contracted services—while supervising a multidisciplinary team of registered nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
As a key partner to system leadership, the Director will collaborate with business units to optimize resource utilization, improve patient outcomes, and achieve strategic objectives. This role demands expertise in quality improvement, care model redesign, and change management, as well as a strong ability to foster professional practice and team development. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in nursing and Master’s in business, healthcare administration, or nursing required.
- Nationally recognized certification preferred, i.e. CPHQ, CCM, CPUM, CPUR, or D-ABQAURP.
- Five or more years of leadership experience in care coordination, case mangement, or utilization review in an integrated healthcare delivery system and/or health plan.
- Extensive knowledge of payer mechanisms, clinical utilization management, outcome measures and patient information systems in including Pathways, HEDIS, etc.

Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR- ACCESS & REFERRALS AND NURSE CONTACT CENTER to join our NURSING CONTACT CENTER team!
Under the direction of the Vice President – System Patient Service Center, the Director of Access & Referrals and Nurse Contact Center provides leadership, coordination, and operational oversight for Scheduling & Referrals and the Nurse Contact Center. This position leads the integration and unification of the call centers across WI/MI/MN under ambulatory Leaderhship and supports Aspirus’ strategic plans including overall patient service center growth and development.
The Director is responsible for ensuring operational excellence through standardized workflows, efficient staffing, and achievement of enterprise KPIs for access, quality, and patient experience. The Director partners closely with the Shared Support teams (Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, and Training & Development) to ensure data-driven performance management and continuous improvement.
Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health-related field or business administration required.
- Master's degree in health or business preferred.
- Ten years’ experience in health administration, including at least five years in direct ambulatory clinic administration/operations, is strongly preferred. Previous experience in health system scheduling practice.
- Strong operational leadership, team development, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and change management abilities.
- Proficient in Epic EMR, contact center telephony platforms, Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with patience access, scheduling, referrals, triage, and revenue cycle dependencies.
- Ability to lead through influence across functions and regions.
- Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
