Your Role
As an Attorney in our General Liability practice group, you will play an integral role in the success of our cases, clients, and the firm. Your responsibilities include:
- Legal Research and Writing: Conducts thorough legal research and drafts pleadings, motions, , and other documents under the guidance of senior attorneys or partners.
- Case Preparation: Assists in preparing cases for hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions, ensuring all documentation and evidence are organized and complete.
- Client Communication: Maintains communication with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address concerns, ensuring a professional and responsive relationship.
- Discovery Management: Handles document reviews, prepares discovery responses, and assists in interrogatory and deposition processes.
- Court Representation: Appears in court for routine motions, hearings, or minor trials to represent clients, often with oversight from more senior attorneys.
- Compliance and Risk Assessment: Advises clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Works closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to execute strategies and meet client objectives.
- Billable Hours and Productivity: Meets assigned billable hour targets through efficient case management and prioritization of tasks.
- Professional Development: Attends continuing legal education (CLE) programs and stays updated on changes in the law and emerging trends in their practice area.
- Commitment to Firm Goals: Demonstrates dedication to the firm's mission, values, and growth by contributing to team projects and firm initiatives.
What You Bring
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1-5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on
- civil litigation cases are preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related
- to automotive liability.
- Licensed in UT & OR or UT & WA
- Coverage experience is a plus
Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Education: JD from an accredited school
- Admitted to practice in the State of UT.

Director of Quality
The Director of Quality is responsible for building and leading a fit-for-purpose, phase-appropriate Quality Management System (QMS) for Halia Therapeutics. This role will oversee GxP quality activities, develop and enforce policies and SOPs that comply with US FDA, Australian TGA, EU EMA, Indian CDSCO, and UAE Ministry of Health regulations, manage vendor quality, and ensure audit readiness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, phase-appropriate Quality Management System (QMS).
· Develop, maintain and enforce quality policies, SOPs, templates, and controlled documents.
· Ensure GxP compliance across multi-national GCP, GLP, GMP, and other applicable areas. It may be implied under GCP: consider mentioning TMF oversight ensuring completeness/accuracy/integrity of TMF + clinical data; same for GLP, it may be implied: consider data integrity and equipment validation (Utah Lab)
· Create and manage the company-wide training program, including role-based curricula and compliance tracking.
· Lead vendor qualification, auditing and performance reviews for CROs, CMOs, labs, and other suppliers.
· Develop and execute annual internal and external audit plans.
· Ensure timely resolution of audit findings, deviations (including GDP-Good Documentation Practice), CAPAs, and change controls.
· Support inspection readiness and host regulatory inspections as needed.
· Establish quality metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting.
· Manage QDs budget, collaborate w leadership embedding quality into company’s development strategy
· Cross-functional collaboration (ClinOps, Reg Affairs, R&D, leadership)
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications – Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech Quality roles.
· Experience building or scaling a QMS in a small or growing company.
· Strong knowledge of GxP regulations (GCP, GLP, GMP); global regulatory exposure
· Demonstrated experience authoring SOPs and leading audits.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
· Proven experience to lead/mentor teams
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD).
Experience implementing an electronic QMS (eQMS).
Experience hosting regulatory inspections.
Quality certifications (e.g., ASQ, RAC).

Your Role at Reputation:
The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics for our website, product illustrations, blog post images, executive presentations, and content marketing pieces such as e-books, digital guides and proprietary thought leadership reports. In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for creating motion graphics and video content that engages our audience and communicates our brand message effectively.

The Skills That Set You Apart:
5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics/video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing experience in website graphics, product illustrations, motion graphics, and video content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) slide tools, and other design and video editing software.

Where You'll Connect & Collaborate:
Your main HQ is our Scottsdale, AZ or Lehi, UT office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You'll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.
