The role:

• Processes work orders (printing of documents, Barcodes, Requisition forms and kit production forms, assembly kits) that include kits and bulk supplies which are sent to investigator sites.
• Identifies discrepancies with work orders and enters this information into Icolims system which will be used for metrics reports and audit report for Clients.
• Assist Project Management staff with modifications of work orders.
• Refurbishes all incoming specimen shipping boxes which are received from investigator sites.
• Disassemble supplies which are returned from investigator sites.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested by management.

• Maintains records required of the park by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Reviews storm water discharge reports for permit. 
• Assists in the preperation of annual department capital, operating expense, and labor budgets. Monitors weekly and takes appropriate action if necessary. 
• Adheers to and enforces all Collective Bargaining Agreement policies and procedures.
• Adheres to and enforces all Six Flags and specific Park policies and procedures, inlcuding safety, attendance, and EEO policies, and demonstrates commitment to customer service in all aspects of employment.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 1-2 Years Related Experience in Construction or facilities maintenance including 1 in management

What You Will Be Doing:

Job Summary: ICON Builders is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and experienced Superintendent in Texas for multifamily low-income renovation projects. This individual will be responsible for on-site coordination with Subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and to the highest standard of quality and care. The Superintendent plays a vital role in scheduling, sequencing, inspections, quality control and job site safety. This role is essential in maintaining ICON Builders’ commitment to delivering high-quality construction projects within budget and on schedule.

Qualities and Characteristics that are inherent in this Position:

Superintendents must pay attention to detail, be self-motivated, have ability to multi-task and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Company projects are inherently deadline driven and require a helpful and collaborative effort with project team members every day.

Must be experienced in and able to demonstrate a broad knowledge of construction including understanding Subcontractor work, materials, estimating, cost control, scheduling and safety. Must possess knowledge of Occupied Affordable Housing renovation or have the ability to quickly learn and understand processes for success with ICON Builders.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule Subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
• Walk the project on a regular basis to enforce Company standards for construction to ensure a quality product upon completion.

• Work with local utility companies to ensure timely installation of phone, power, gas, and cable.
• Prepare the project site and arrange for installation of temporary facilities as required for construction.
• Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions.
• Complete and submit all necessary paperwork on time.
• Take ownership and responsibility for the creation and completion of the project punch list.
• Perform Superintendent’s duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.

The CRC will actively recruit and promote our service to suitable participants and sponsor representatives. Additionally, the CRC 1 will autonomously perform tasks required to coordinate and complete multiple studies according to the protocol. Lastly, they will assist the Manager of Clinical Operations and Sr. Clinical Research Coordinators with staff development through mentoring and site level quality assurance.

Duties:

• Performs study start-up duties including the production of a recruitment tool, and progress notes, as well as phone screening patients and identifying participants for trials on site

• Proactively develops and executes recruitment plans that meet and exceed enrollment goals

• Documents laboratory data and adverse reactions, presents this information to an investigator in a timely manner, and immediately notifies investigators, the Institutional Review Board and sponsor of any serious adverse events

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with Investigators and provides ongoing communication about trial status and participants

• Dispenses study medication at the direction of the Investigator

• Maintains communication with the monitor from the sponsoring company through telephone contact, written communication and on-site visits
