Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail L2 Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Retail applications along with hands-on experience in production support and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 Application Support for Oracle Retail systems
- Monitor and manage batch jobs, integrations, and data flows
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
- Ensure timely resolution of system failures and performance issues
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
- Maintain system stability and support ongoing operations
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Application Support (L2)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
- Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (ReIM)
- Oracle Retail Sales Audit (ReSA)
- Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM)
- Strong expertise in:
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Databricks
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience in monitoring batch processes and handling production incidents
