Job Description:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Build and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Harness CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Computer Vision Engineer to join our team on-site in Danvers, MA. The role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge computer vision algorithms to enhance virtual tours and automated rental solutions. Responsibilities include developing 3D spatial reconstruction technics, pattern recognition models, utilizing computer vision techniques, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating vision systems into our rental platform. The engineer will also work on performance optimization and ensure seamless integration of these technologies with the platform’s functionalities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SLAM, Structure from Motion (SfM) and camera pose estimation
• Strong experience with 3D Gaussian Splatting and surface reconstruction
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing computer vision algorithms (segmentation, object detection, classification, tracking)
• Familiarity with deep learning models and their deployment
• Solid understanding of multi-view geometry
• Proficiency in OpenCV, and either PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proficiency with modern graphics libraries such as OpenGL, Metal, Vulkan, DirectX
• Experience working with 3D point clouds, mesh generation, and libraries such as Open3D, Trimesh, or PCL
• Familiarity with 3D reconstruction pipelines (e.g., COLMAP, NerfStudio, Photogrammetry tools)
• Experience working with multi-modal sensors: GPS, LiDAR, stereo/depth cameras, IMUs
• Proficient in path planning algorithms (both global and local)
• Strong knowledge of coordinate frames, and camera calibration

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full lifecycle global implementations of Oracle HCM with a focus on: ORC, Talent/Learning Management
• Hands-on configuration working with functional set up manager across Cloud modules
• Leverage Apps Associates project templates, methodology and practices to lead project and guide client teams
• Owning project deliverables and client communications to optimize project timeline
• Collaboration with multi-national team to progress internal and external initiatives
• Independently tackles activities and assignments and delegates to teammates, as appropriate, to achieve streamlined implementation approach
• Connecting Oracle Fusion to 3rd Party solutions via native integrations, extracts, and middleware

• Responsible for advanced internal initiatives and mentorship for the betterment of the Practice

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or requisite experience preferred
• 3-4 years of consulting experience or 7-9 years of applicable work experience, specifically within Oracle Cloud Recruiting (ORC), Talent and/or Learning Management.
• Professional attitude, with a growth mindset seeking to drive change and improvement in all aspects of the role
• Experience implementing projects using Agile Iterative approach
• Understanding of Oracle design best practices and standard business process flows
• Ability to meaningfully articulate terminology, processes, functionality, and architecture
• Oracle certification(s) preferred, with the ability to acquire and maintain various additional certifications
