Responsibilities:ย 

  • Lead curriculum evaluation and development, including assessment and instructional design, to ensure alignment with the schoolโ€™s mission and learning goals.
  • Oversee implementation of new and revised curriculum, grounded in current best pedagogical practices.
  • Partner with the Head of School, Principal, and Assistant Principals to ensure vertically aligned, interdisciplinary programming, including team teaching when possible.
  • Advance key academic initiatives and introduce innovative, cross-disciplinary approaches to support learning goals.
  • Establish consistent, equitable academic policies and practices across grade levels and among specialists (e.g., grading, assessment, homework).
  • Mentor, coach, supervise, and evaluate faculty and department chairs to strengthen high-quality instruction.
  • Conduct classroom observations to affirm strengths and promote professional growth.
  • Design and lead professional development, goal setting, and new faculty orientation.
  • Analyze data to identify root causes, prioritize actions, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate clearly across oral, written, and visual formats, demonstrating strong listening skills, self-awareness, and empathy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Head of School.


Required Qualifications:ย 

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Education or related field.
  • Minimum five years experience as a teacher, instructional leader, and/or administrator in a school setting.
  • Proven experience with curriculum development and teacher professional development.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead difficult conversations with sensitivity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highest levels of professionalism


Compensation:

  • $90,000-$120,000 based on experience and qualifications
  • Salary is based on employment from August 2026 through June 2026, paid over twelve months

Qualifications for the position:

  • Master's degree in Educational Administration with an emphasis in instructional programming (E-12). A doctorate degree is preferred.

Salary: Pay Grade 127, $206,677 to $237,679 annually

Excelligence Learning Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Business Systems Analyst to support Discount School Supply's inventory planning and purchasing operations with a strong focus on systems, analytics, and business intelligence tools. Core Responsibilities


Business Intelligence & Systems Development



  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs like service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
  • Utilize SQL and data warehouse environments to extract, transform, and analyze large data sets.
  • Translate business questions into data requirements and drive data quality and visibility across purchasing, merchandising, and fulfillment functions.
  • Partner with IT and Operations teams to improve systems integration, data flow, and automation of recurring reports.
  • Regularly publish proposed supply plans by synthesizing inputs from demand forecasts, current inventory levels, safety stock thresholds, and lead times.

Required Qualifications


Education
