The basic functions of the WHGC Project Manager include, but not limited to:

  • Purchase Order/Change Order Log (Subcontractor): Ability to maintain an accurate and updated account of all current and potential Change Orders on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Submittal and Material Procurement: Ability to oversee the development and maintenance of the Material Status Log to meet project specific requirements and ensure delivery of all specified building components before respective start date(s) as indicated on the Overall Project Schedule.
  • Proposed Change Orders and Change Request (Owner): Ability to effectively represent and/or assist WHGC in Owner/Architect/ Contractor (OAC) Meeting(s) and receive prompt signature approval for each change in scope of work monthly.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with Owner/ Architect/Engineers regarding all project specific inquiries, issues, statuses for each assigned project.
  • Knowledgeable and understanding of Owner and Subcontractors contracts.
  • Ability to work together with the project Superintendents and Project Managers (if necessary) and render the objectives of WHGC.
  • Demonstrate ability and knowledge to perform the role as Project Manager. This requires knowledge and daily implementation of exceptional construction industry principles and practices, business management, and a foresight for resolving problematic circumstances, issues, events, etc.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Description

RN – Labor and Delivery at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. This posting represents a .9 FTE, night shift openings (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends.

Extra Incentives:

  • Evening shift differential – $ 3.00 p/hr
  • Night shift differential – $10.00 p/hr
  • $8,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment

• Understands various drugs' storage requirements, dosage forms and compounding techniques. Demonstrates understanding and proficiency of extemporaneous compounding skills.
• Possesses proficient data entry skills. Demonstrates essential computer skills such as order entry, label generation, drug pricing, and third party billing. Prioritizes workload to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Recognizes various billing plan codes and which drugs are covered under these different plans.
• Assists in looking up information to answer general information questions. Refers questions regarding drug information or patient specific questions to a pharmacist.
• Ensures the I.V. preparation room and related equipment are cleaned, calibrated and maintained per organizational policy and procedure.
• Updates/revises patient inventory usage numbers in the computer based on actual usage, change in orders, and communication with other team members.
• Remains alert to customer needs and provides prompt, courteous customer service.
• Responds to and resolves patient/customer problems in an appropriate and timely fashion using proper channels.
• Maintains work area in an organized and orderly fashion, including facing of shelves and returning medications to shelves.
• Checks and maintains adequate supply of stock necessary to fill prescriptions. Orders stock well in advance of running out. Follows up with stock back orders and processes balance-due prescriptions.
