Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Nephrology Discipline: Nurse Practitioner Duration: 52 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract Nephrology NP/PA Opportunity Location: New Windsor, New York | Hospital rounding in Newburgh, New York Position: Nephrology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time Salary: $135K
- $155K (Base $150K potential $5K bonus depending on experience) Schedule: Full-time | Flexible scheduling available Role Highlights:
- Provide outpatient nephrology care including CKD, hypertension, electrolyte disorders & renal conditions
- Perform inpatient nephrology consults and hospital rounding
- Manage acute & chronic dialysis patients with daily dialysis rounding
- Order & interpret labs and diagnostic imaging
