Frontline Source Group has partnered with a client in the transportation industry that is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to lead complex sourcing initiatives and procurement operations. This role is ideal for a procurement professional with experience managing federally funded projects, vendor negotiations, and large-scale competitive solicitations.
The Senior Procurement Specialist will oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing strategy, solicitation development, contract administration, supplier performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement strategies for complex, high-value acquisitions including goods, services, and construction-related projects.
- Manage the full lifecycle of competitive solicitations including RFPs, RFQs, and RFBs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define project scope, specifications, and procurement plans.
- Develop scopes of work, bid specifications, evaluation criteria, and solicitation documents.
- Coordinate proposal evaluations and facilitate evaluation committees.
- Conduct market research, cost analysis, and pricing reviews to ensure best-value procurement outcomes.
- Lead vendor negotiations related to pricing, service levels, and contract terms.
- Draft and administer contracts, amendments, and change orders.
- Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with federal procurement regulations and requirements related to federally funded programs.
- Maintain procurement documentation and ensure audit-ready records.
- Support internal and external audits related to procurement activities.
- Utilize ERP or procurement systems such as Oracle, SAP, Lawson, or similar platforms to manage purchasing activities.
- Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance metrics for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
- Experience managing complex sourcing initiatives, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
- Background in transportation, transit, government, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience with federal procurement regulations and federally funded contracts.
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost analysis.
- Experience with FTA-funded procurements or public transit agencies preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, CPPB, CPPO, or CPSM are a plus.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, or similar).

JOB SUMMARY
The National Sales Representative is responsible for driving enterprise and mid-market B2B revenue growth for Never Alone across a national territory. This role focuses on selling the Never Alone SaaS platform directly to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living and Independent Living communities (AL/IL), Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), large health system and provider groups, Home Health agencies, and Hospice organizations.
This is a full-cycle, consultative sales role requiring the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals from initial prospecting through contract execution. The ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare SaaS sales professional who understands the operational, clinical, and financial pressures facing post-acute and home-based care organizations, and can compellingly position the Never Alone platform as a strategic solution to those challenges.
This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role. The National Sales Representative will manage their own pipeline, lead discovery and demo conversations, quarterback deal teams, and represent Never Alone at national conferences and industry events. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise & Mid-Market B2B Sales
- Own the full sales cycle across a national territory—from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and contract close.
- Target and engage decision-makers at SNFs, AL/IL communities, ACOs, large provider groups, Home Health agencies, and Hospice organizations, including C-suite executives, VPs of Clinical Operations, Directors of Nursing, and Administrators.
- Develop and execute a territory plan that balances hunting new logos with expanding within existing accounts and verticals.
- Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that align Never Alone's capabilities with the clinical, operational, and financial priorities of each prospect.
- Lead multi-stakeholder deals with professionalism, driving consensus across clinical, administrative, financial, and procurement teams.
Segment-Specific Sales Strategy
- SNF & Post-Acute: Position Never Alone as a tool to reduce unnecessary hospital transfers, support treat-in-place care, and strengthen care team confidence in skilled nursing environments.
- AL/IL: Highlight resident engagement, family communication, and 24/7 clinical access as key value drivers for assisted and independent living operators.
- ACO & Large Providers: Articulate the population health and value-based care benefits of the Never Alone platform, including improved care coordination across care transitions.
- Home Health & Hospice: Demonstrate how Never Alone extends the reach of clinical teams between visits, improving patient safety, family peace of mind, and agency efficiency.
- Tailor messaging, ROI models, and case studies for each segment to accelerate deal velocity and stakeholder buy-in.
Pipeline Development & Territory Management
- Build and maintain a robust, diversified pipeline across all target segments, consistently achieving the activity and coverage ratios required to meet quota.
- Proactively source new opportunities through outbound prospecting, conference networking, referral development, and strategic follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
- Maintain accurate, real-time pipeline records in HubSpot CRM, including detailed account history, contact mapping, opportunity stages, and close date projections.
- Provide weekly pipeline reviews and accurate forecasts to the Director of Sales, surfacing risks and opportunities with transparency.
Consultative Discovery & Solution Selling

Summary of Responsibilities
A Behavioral Health Practitioner (BHP) works under the direction and supervision of a Clinical Manager, providing community-based behavioral health services to individuals with psychiatric illness, substance use issues and/or co-occurring disorders. The BHP must be open and willing to work with culturally and gender diverse groups and individuals to facilitate goals of self-efficacy. This position requires a high degree of self-initiative and motivation. The schedule is flexible, as determined by the person served’ s needs and may include early morning, evening or weekend appointments. The position may involve services provided in the designated BHS clinic, driving to persons served homes or various locations within the community where services are provided (if services are offered on-site according to the program and funding source.) It may include telehealth services utilizing both audio and visual communication with individuals. BHPs provide individual, family and group counseling, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, initial assessments to determine level of care, treatment planning, case presentations, presenting psychoeducational information to individuals regarding diagnosis, symptoms, medications, relapse prevention and safety planning. The BHP provides services to both children and adults. The position also includes participating in multidisciplinary case conferences and supervision, treatment plan reviews, developing aftercare treatment and all required documentation utilizing Collaborative Documentation.

Summary:
Provides general nursing care to patients in a clinic or medical office. Administers medication, prepares equipment and assists physicians/healthcare providers in the treatment of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
- Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patient and families.
- Administering medications and treatments; monitoring for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed; documenting patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members and/or care givers; identifying issues and resources.

- Uses critical thinking skills to assess the basic physical, psychosocial, social, cultural, Spiritual, and development needs of patient and families
- Communicates findings to appropriate healthcare team members
- Develops and uses a specific plan of care and modifies it to meet individual patient needs using evidence-based practice. Implements patient care and therapeutic procedures; monitors and documents progression of treatment and teaching goals
- Evaluates the care and treatment(s) provided to the patient and the patient response to the care and treatment(s). Performs timely reassessment and documentation

Requirements:
Education/Skills
- Graduate of a Registered Nursing program, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience
- Completion of Nurse Residency Program
- Six (6) months' to one (12) months clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting
Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications
- RN license in good standing in state of employment or a compact state , if applicable
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support
