Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Production Operator based in Belmont, Wisconsin. Production team members are responsible for working in a variety of cheese making production functions to ensure continuous and efficient line operation. Candidates must be able to work over 40 hours per week (weekends are required). This job is physical and fast-paced.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Meet efficiency budget levels with maintaining a high quality product
* Must remove and load trays/molds
* Stage bascular with appropriate cookie sheets
* Complete repetition task, ensuring the even spread of curd into appropriate mold
* Pull cheese on to draining room tables from chariot
* Ensure all whey pipes are properly hooked up
* Turn cheese in draining rooms
* Run machines (ex: stacker(s), unmolder, rack washer)
* Place racks on unmolding conveyor
* Weigh cheese
* Complete paperwork as assigned, accurately and legible
* Maintain open line of communication with all line workers and room supervisor
* Perform sanitation duties as assigned
* Keep work area clean and organized
* Report production problems and/or concerns to the on duty supervisor
* Attend departmental meetings and training as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager
* Apply the safety rules and ensure they are implemented and followed
* Apply the Good Manufacturing Practices Standard
* Perform other work duties as assigned

What You'll Be Responsible For:
Lead Custom Manufacturing Projects
- Manage projects involving custom millwork, woodworking, fabricated metal components, and retail fixtures.
- Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate activities across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and installation teams.
Work Directly With Customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and executed.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage Drawings, Production & Project Execution
- Coordinate engineering drawings, approvals, and production documentation.
- Ensure shop teams have the correct materials, finishes, and production specifications.
- Align manufacturing and installation teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Manage Project Scope & Changes
- Handle change orders, revised purchase orders, and project revisions.
- Prepare cost estimates and project quotations when required.
- Track project progress, materials usage, and labor to maintain profitability.
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Participate in post-project reviews with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, project execution, and cost performance.
What We're Looking For:

Shaw Bakers is growing! As a national leader in the commercial Premium Artisan Bakery category, we are searching for an experienced Product Developer to join our dynamic team, bringing their pastry/baking culinary expertise to our innovation group.
The candidate will bring extensive knowledge in bakery product development, with a strong focus on lamination techniques, and a proven track record in creating innovative products from concept to commercialization. They will have experience demonstrating both creativity and rigorous technical expertise with industrial food product development. Experience with cookies, bread, or brioche is a plus.
The role involves a mix of office work, lab/kitchen testing, production facility trials, along with visits to suppliers and customers, requiring a self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Bi-lingual skills in Spanish and English are highly valuable but not required.
This role is a full-time, onsite position in South San Francisco and we are open to relocation for an experienced candidate.
What You'll Do
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of innovative bakery products, from ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and brand standards.
- Recipe Development: Create and refine detailed paper recipes, including advanced costing, strategic sourcing of ingredients, and proposed labor assumptions, while optimizing for industrial process capabilities and scalability.
- Documentation: Document formulas, initial cost of goods, labor assumptions, and production processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date batch sheets.
- Industrial Pilots: Design and oversee industrial pilot tests in production facilities, organizing up-front test-runs to anticipate potential issues, advise on formula adjustments or needed investments, and optimize processes for consistent quality at scale.
- Product Quality: Establish and document quality control measures to ensure product consistency and excellence. Define corrective actions with managers and ensure their implementation across departments. Oversee documentation of any production process changes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance processes with a continuous improvement mindset, driving efficiency and quality across development and production stages.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with operations, packaging engineers, sales, supply chain, and FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) teams to drive seamless product execution and process improvements.
- Equipment Strategy: Partner with the engineering team to evaluate and recommend new equipment to enhance product development and production efficiency.
Who You Are
- Education: Degree in Food Science, Bakery Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Bakery Expertise: Professional experience (3+ years) in bakery product development, with advanced expertise in lamination techniques. Experience with cookies, bread, or brioche is a plus.

Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship. This position leads the Antimicrobial Stewardship activities for Sinai Hospital and serves as the pharmacy Infectious Diseases expert for the facility. LifeBridge Health has a very active group of Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacists with representation from each of the five facilities collaborating to promote stewardship, educate, advance patient care, and provide guidance and tools adherent to current guidelines and recommendations.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to serve as a mentor and educator for pharmacy residents, pharmacy students, pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals across other disciplines. Responsibilities also include areas of regulatory compliance, quality improvement, formulary management, drug information, practice advancement, process development and coordination of associated EHR enhancements.
Requirements:

PGY-1 + PGY-2 residency in area of specialty + board certification within 12 months of hire or PGY-1 residency plus 2 additional years of direct patient care experience + board certification within 12 months of hire, or four post-graduate practice yrs of direct patient care experience + board certification within 12 months of hire.
