This is a full-scope, independent practice environment with flexible start times, diverse cases, and the option to transition into a call rotation if desired.

Case Mix

CRNA must be comfortable managing full-scope anesthesia independently, including:

  • General Surgery
  • Orthopedics
  • ENT
  • Endoscopy
  • Urology
  • Pediatrics
  • OB, including labor anesthesia (no hearts)

Procedures Required:

  • Spinals
  • Epidurals
  • Regional Blocks

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations
  • Verify informed consent
  • Formulate and discuss anesthetic plans
  • Perform independent induction, maintenance, and emergence
  • Monitor physiologic status and intervene as clinically indicated
  • Provide anesthesia for OB, including epidurals and labor analgesia
  • Ensure safe and efficient patient transitions through PACU
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Candidate Requirements

  • Active Kansas CRNA License (preferred)
  • Graduate of accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • NBCRNA Certified
  • BLS & ACLS Required
  • Proficient in blocks, spinals, and epidurals
  • Independent practice experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the company's Procore implementation and serve as a systems administrator for the platform. Oversee initial setup and configuration of Procore for new projects. Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project specific requirements. Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as needed.
  • Responsible for Support & Training to provide ongoing support to all Procore users. Develop & conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for any existing users to ensure maximization of the platform’s potential. Create and maintain user guides/accounts, training materials, and best practice documentation. Maintain custom reports to track progress and identify improvements via Procore Analytics.

  • Work closely with project managers and IT staff to align Procore functionalities with organizational goals.
