The Job Opportunity:
- Premiere real estate firm with more than three decades of being Austin’s lifetime real estate advisor, Moreland Properties is looking for a strategic and hands-on Listing Marketing Manager
- Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the ideal candidate will hit the ground running, implementing his/her expertise.
- This is one of those precious Austin job opportunities for a hungry, self-starting marketer to develop into multi-faceted creative, working within a team of highly motivated and talented marketing professionals.
Core Responsibilities:
- Promote high end listings and maintain brand continuity across channels
- Support the team’s Listing Managers in alignment with the firm’s brand and aesthetic
- Strategize and generate print and digital materials
- Listing advertisement template maintenance and updates across platforms
- Templating and implementation of listing content within email campaigns
- Relevant vendor scheduling including but not limited to photography, video, maintenance, and staging
- Polished and timely seller communication
- Listing updates and maintenance
- Website generation per property
- Advertisement coordination and optimization
- The individual will initially serve as a Listing Coordinator to gain a deep understanding of our operations and assist with managing and maintaining our listing inventory. This experience will be a crucial foundation for long-term success within the team.
Ideal Candidates Are/Have:
- An impeccable eye for design and luxury branding
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in InDesign and Canva
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- An excellent customer service representative who will go above and beyond for our agents and sellers
- A superb writer with a high level of taste and an impeccable eye for design
- Driven to use their technical and organizational expertise to support the goals of an incredible team
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining a cohesive brand.
- Experience evaluating advertising and marketing opportunities.
- Highly collaborative working style.
- A quiet, steady leadership presence
- Must be able to both design original materials and efficiently execute updates or input changes once templates and designs are established.
- Experience working with luxury brands
- Salesforce experience
- Proven attention to minute detail
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and appreciate urgency
- A true love of Austin and the desire to work with a homegrown Austin brand
Experience: Three to five years’ relevant professional experience
Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, to be paid out as an hourly wage
Work Location:
- Lake Austin Blvd office daily, fully in-person
- Occasional off-site work (must have own vehicle, mileage to be reimbursed)
Job Type: Full-time contract role initially with potential for salaried hire in the future.
