We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for healthcare and medical facility projects in the San Antonio area. This role provides direct oversight of field teams, enforces safety and quality standards, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site construction activities for healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, medical office buildings (MOBs), renovations, and build-outs
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and jobsite logistics to maintain workflow and schedule adherence
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring milestone deadlines are achieved
- Enforce OSHA, company, and healthcare-specific safety standards, including infection control protocols (ICRA/ILSM)
- Review construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFIs to ensure proper execution of design intent
- Conduct daily site meetings, walkthroughs, and progress reporting to project stakeholders
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams
- Identify potential issues or delays proactively and implement solutions to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Proven track record managing healthcare or medical construction projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and healthcare-specific safety/infection control practices (ICRA/ILSM preferred)
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project scheduling and construction management software

Responsibilities:People Management & Development.Β
- Collaborates with the Senior Executive Chef and the regional operations team to establishΒ training priorities.Β

Position Summary
The Marketing and Hospital Liaison represents Marion Rehabilitation within the Marion-area healthcare community. This position plays a key role in promoting the facilityβs skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, cultivating strong referral relationships, and supporting community engagement. The liaison will regularly visit area hospitals to meet with patients, families, and discharge planners, ensuring a smooth transition of care and positive representation of Garden Springs Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Hospital & Referral Relations
- Represent Marion Rehabilitation at Marion-area hospitals, serving as the primary contact for discharge planners, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct hospital visits to assess potential residents, explain services, and coordinate admissions in collaboration with the internal admissions team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other referral partners to drive census growth and strengthen referral pipelines.
Community Engagement
- Plan, organize, and host community-based events both on and off site to promote Marion Rehabilitation's services and enhance community visibility.
- Represent the facility at local health fairs, senior events, and networking functions.
- Develop partnerships with community organizations, senior centers, and civic groups to foster ongoing engagement.
Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement outreach and marketing strategies that support census and growth goals.
- Maintain marketing materials and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Track referral trends, admissions, and outreach efforts, providing regular updates to leadership.
Customer Service & Communication
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in all interactions with patients, families, and referral partners.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range listed is for starting base compensation only and is adjusted based upon years of experience and/or faculty rank: $95,000 - $143,000. The Assistant Clinical Manager β Home Health, will evaluate nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service within the team. Act as a resource and support for clinical staff and facilitate collaborative teamwork on the unit and with ancillary departments.
