Director of Human Resources needed for hospital in Nevada. Client is a general acute care facility seeking a strong Dir. of HR, SPHR certification 6+ years experience in hospital setting as Director of HR, steady work history a must.
Candidates will have the following: BS degree required, Masters ideal, SPHR certification, strong experience with Unions and Contract negotiations. HR Dir. experience in large Hospital/healthcare organization a must.
Responsible for the daily operation of the facility Human Resource Department including, HR administration, employee/labor relations, regulatory compliance, compensation, benefits administration, performance management and related matters. Ensure excellent HR service to all levels of employees. Serve as business partner on facility Administrative Council, providing HR leadership and expertise as employee advocate, change agent, and administrative expert in people matters. Member of HR leadership team, provide input and recommendations on HR policy and administration. Education: Bachelors degree in Business/Human Resources Management.
Experience: 5 - 10 years progressively responsible human resource management or related experience in a healthcare setting. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence. Excellent benefit package and relocation allowance.
