JOB DESCRIPTION
The Social Media Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing external social media activities for The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This includes planning, promoting and monitoring our presence on sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn. The Social Media Program Manager will actively listen for sentiment being shared by TGC constituents on a variety of social media platforms and respond accordingly. The Social Media Program Manager will also coordinate the strategic development of tools for online community building with our patients.
The Social Media Program Manager stays abreast of trends in social media and new social media platforms and best practices to determine when and how TGC should engage in new opportunities.
The Social Media Program Manager will provide detailed project coordination among technical, content and creative sources to develop engaging and meaningful content while maintaining the highest degree of customer service. The Manager will also track performance by collaboratively setting goals and analyzing the results of social media activities.
The Social Media Program Manager provides leadership and direction throughout the enterprise and to departments and groups surrounding social media strategy and tactics. This position will be responsible for mentoring and managing different levels of staff whom they do not have a direct reporting relationship with. In addition, this position will provide general project supervision within the Marketing & Communications team, ensuring that detailed project responsibilities and deadlines are met through efficient coordination and collaboration of resources.
Experience
At least five years social media, marketing, or communications. Strong preference given to health care experience.
Education
Bachelorsβ Degree is preferred. If no degree, five yearsβ experience in health care marketing, graphic design or clinical administrative support experience is required.
Essential Functions
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall marketing and communication goals of The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This includes setting measurable objectives, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate social media platforms
- Content Creation and Management:
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms. This includes writing, editing, and curating content, as well as overseeing the production of multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
- Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans for social media. This includes monitoring for potential issues, responding to negative feedback, and managing the organization's online reputation during crises
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, customer service, and IT, to ensure cohesive and integrated social media efforts. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and other departments involved in social media activities
- Innovation and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media. Identify and recommend new opportunities for TGC to engage with its audience and enhance its social media presence
- Community Engagement:
- Foster and manage relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on social media best practices, tools, and strategies. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization

Position Overview

The Vice President, Cybersecurity and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is a key executive leadership role reporting to the Senior Vice President & Chief Digital Officer. As a strategic member of the Information Services Leadership Team, the CISO shapes and leads the enterprise cybersecurity vision for The Guthrie Clinic, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information systems across the health system.
The CISO partners closely with senior executives, clinical and operational leaders, and organizational stakeholders to drive a comprehensive cybersecurity program. This role provides oversight for systemβwide cybersecurity strategy, cyber risk management, AIβrelated cyber governance, medical device security, thirdβparty risk management (TPRM), and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA Security Rule and NY DOH Cybersecurity Regulations.
Key responsibilities include leading enterprise information security policy, cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and systemβwide security awareness. The CISO also provides cybersecurity reporting to the Audit Committee and delivers annual briefings to the Guthrie Clinic Board of Directors.
This leader manages and mentors a highβperforming, multidisciplinary cybersecurity team and actively participates in healthcare cybersecurity communities to advance best practices, threatβintelligence sharing, and sectorβwide resilience.
Experience Requirements
- 10+ years of combined experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and information technology, with at least four years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience and measurable outcomes in: - Healthcare cybersecurity leadership.
- Cyber threat and risk frameworks and executiveβlevel risk reporting.
- NIST CSF and or HITRUST CSF implementation and maturity progression.
- Incident response, threat detection, digital forensics, SOC operations, and vulnerability management.

Essential Functions
The CISO is a strategic thought leader, consensus builder, and integrator who balances cybersecurity with organizational agility and mission needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leadership, Governance & Strategy
- Develop, maintain, and oversee a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program, grounded in HITRUST CSF, NIST CSF, and leading industry frameworks.
- Lead all cybersecurity and infrastructure operations teams, including hiring, development, and performance management.
- Establish and chair an Information Security Steering Committee.
- Provide cybersecurity program reporting to The Guthrie Clinic Audit Committee and annual program reporting to the full Guthrie Clinic Board of Directors, and other leadership and Guthrie hospital board meetings as requested.

Summary:
The Engineer, Compute System Engineering is responsible for the implementation and support of compute based infrastructure, including public, private and hybrid cloud deployment models to support critical healthcare operations across The Guthrie Clinic (TGC). This role ensures high availability and performance for clinical systems, patient care services, and administrative functions across the network. The Engineer collaborates with IT teams, vendors, and hospital stakeholders to align server infrastructure with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. This position will be a technology advocate throughout the organization for the effective application of technology to meet business needs and to support business changes and growth. Technology functions include cloud computing, database, storage, data protection, virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure, server automation, monitoring and application delivery.
Experience:
- Preferred three to five (3 to 5) years of experience in implementing and managing Windows and Open Systems server infrastructure hybrid cloud solutions in an enterprise environment; healthcare experience preferred.
- Highly experienced information systems professional with a strong technical background and proven track record of accomplishments in a large, complex multi-level organization .

Education, License & Certification:
- Graduation of an ARRT accredited Radiologic Technology program and must obtain ARRT certification within 6 months of employment.
- OR a graduate from an ARRT non-accredited program and must provide ARRT certification prior to employment
- OR a graduate from an ARRT accredited program or non-accredited program that is grandfathered and not required to obtain ARRT certification, in these cases ARRT certification IS preferred
- NYS Radiologic Technologist License or NYS Radiologic Technologist Temporary Permit required for positions in New York State
Minimum of six months preferred as a registered technologist in a Radiology Department of a general acuteβcare hospital.
Essential Functions:
Performs Diagnostic radiologic procedures:
- Adjust radiographic equipment to correct settings for each examination.
- Accurate positioning of patients to fully utilize photometer.
- Performs appropriate QA on images generated prior to submission to Radiologist. This includes accurate labeling of left or right side, patient name, medical record number, date and time, as well as technique. Proficient in patient care activities as related to radiology.
- Ability to relate to patient's information pertaining to ordered procedures.
- Follow protocols in dealing with patients with infectious diseases.
- Demonstrate competency in patient preparation including informed consent, and injection of IV contrast. Knowledgeable in the correct use of Radiology Information System (EPIC), scheduling tracking, completion, downtime procedures, and PACS. Works as part of a team to maintain high standards in Radiology.

Position Summary:
The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer utilizes high frequency sound waves and other diagnostic techniques for medical diagnosis in various regions of the body.
Education, License & Cert:
High school with additional skills training (certification) required. Certification Required: RDMS (preferred) or ARRT with specialized certification in Sonography required, cannot be certification eligible.
Experience:
Minimum of three months (RDMS).
Essential Functions:
- Performs the scanning examination requested by the referring physician, modifying the examination, depending upon on the findings demonstrated, and review the examination with the supervising Radiologist if necessary.
- Assists the Radiologist or the clinician in special procedures such as percutaneous fluid aspiration or biopsy procedures when performed in the department or in Interventional Radiology.
- Performs routine equipment checks for resolution and other quality control procedures, as necessary.
- Must be able to react quickly to emergency situations such as patient fainting, patient being unsteady while getting on to scanning table, if unsafe situation occurs (such as a fire), getting patient to safety and sounding alarm.
- Ability to work alone on shift or on call and perform the job done with confidence in your abilities and in an efficient manner.
- Must be able to lift, push, reach, bend, stop and walk in order to care for patients. Must be able to perform a standβpivot transfer with a patient.

- Verifies images and reports of exam and sends to PACS.
- Maintains an inventory of coupling agent, drugs and other supplies and requisitions and materials, as needed.
- Obtains sterile instruments, as needed, and returns them to central supply for sterilization and storage.
- Teaches ultrasound technique to student technologists and completes appropriate paperwork.
- Demonstrates willingness to accept nonβroutine work assignments, as appropriate.
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts and be in the call rotation on a scheduled basis, along with on evenings/overnights and weekends. Hospital observed holidays are not required to be covered by Per Diem Ultrasound Technologists, however they may volunteer to cover if desired.
- Able to be on call and in the department within 45 minutes after being called for a procedure.
- Must be able to sit or stand for a prolonged period of time in performing the ordered examination (usually 30β60 minutes for each patient).

JOB DESCRIPTION
Specialty Tech is cross trained in multiple modalities floating across various Radiology departments, including General Radiography, CT, Bone Density and the opportunity to cross train in Mammography. Operate stationary and portable X-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated regions of the body. Operate bone densitometer to perform osteoporosis evaluation. Operate CT scanner to perform computed tomography studies of designated portion of the body. Prepare mammography unit and perform QC. Operate mammography unit to perform mammography studies.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 months preferred as a registered technologist in a Radiology Department of a general acute-care hospital
- Completion of normal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school (2 years) is required
- ARRT(R) required
- ARRT(CT) required within 12 months of hire
General
- Responsible for all pertinent information documented properly on the images - name, ID number, ordering provider, date, technologist's initials, technique, position markers in view, etc.
- Make sure all positive cases are called to the ordering provider
- Responsible for the care and safety of all patients in any radiologic area. Practice principles of radiation protection. Minimize the radiation exposure to the patient, yourself , co-worker, etc. at all times.
- Provide for patient modesty, comfort and privacy
- Be discreet and respect confidentiality
- Perform exams in a confident and timely fashion
- Be able to adjust to patients differences such as body habitus, mental or physical disabilities, age, etc
- Inform radiology manager of any problems in the specialty departments
- Bring to the attention of the radiologist any special concerns or problems of the patient. Encourage the radiologist to use real-time when needed and/or speak with the patient when needed
- Follow protocols in dealing with patients with infectious diseases. Practice universal precautions and abide by OSHA regulations
- Be able to handle stressful situations in dealing with very difficult patients with mental instability and/or various handicaps
- Must be able to react quickly to emergency situations such as patient fainting, patient being unsteady, codes, etc
- Wear film badges and name badges while on duty
- Must be able to function in very low light levels to perform exams.
- Position and instruct patients for various views of mammography, adjust radiographic equipment to correct settings for each view, produce radiographs of the highest technical quality and assume responsibilities of processing the radiographs. Be responsible for all pertinent information documented properly on the images β name, ID number, ordering provider, date, technologistβs initials, technique, position marker in view, degree of oblique angulation and MAS readout.
- Perform daily quality control tests. Follow protocol if tests fall out of range. Log quality test results
- Perform daily checks on mammography unit. Perform other mammography QC as required: phantom checks, compression checks, repeat analysis, daily, quarterly and yearly QC as needed, etc. Perform Epic mammography module duties as needed. Assist with MQSA requirements with patient lay letters.
- Be able to explain all mammography procedures to patients including routine mammography, spot compression views, magnification, wire localizations, stereotactic biopsies, ultrasound of the breast, galactograms, etc. Be knowledgeable in BSE (breast self-examination) to teach and explain the importance to patients and answer questions or concerns
- Must be knowledgeable in special views and special procedures such as wire localizations, stereotactic and galactograms. Assist the radiologist in special procedures
- Practice principles of radiation protection. Minimize the radiation exposure to the patient, yourself, co-workers, etc. at all times
- Properly clean detector and compression paddle between patients
- Keep mammography room neat, clean and stocked with pamphlets, deodorant packets, explanation and questionnaire sheets, etc
- Make sure importance of proper compression is explained to the patient in obtaining optimal quality images to detect tiny abnormalities.
- Have knowledge of breast anatomy
- Daily watch for any defects on detector or compression paddles
- Be capable of scheduling mammograms. Know definitions of screening and diagnostic mammograms. When scheduling mammograms, get all information needed β screening or diagnostic, name and DOB, previous mammogram location and call for films, ordering provider, patientβs telephone number, remind patient not to use powder or deodorant, etc
- Be responsible for all pertinent information on ordering request and report form: screening or diagnostic, where and when of previous mammograms, diagnosis, technologist signature, number of films, time completed, occurrence of anything out of the ordinary, properly charged on billing slip, etc
- Assist in preparing for mammography accreditation. Assist with MSQA responsibilities
- Operate bone densitometer to perform osteoporosis evaluation
- Perform daily quality control tests on Bone Densitometer unit and document. If unit out of range perform a 2nd test. If values remain out of range do not perform patients. Contact service engineer
- Perform weight and height measurements on patient prior to exam.
- Review patient history and document on history sheet. Determine patient has not taken calcium tablet today.
- Position and instruct patients for various portions of the body to be evaluated by BMD unit for osteoporosis testing
- Analyze BMD study and print reports. Be sure study is archived. QC study in PACS prior to ending exam in Epic
- Properly clean BMD unit between patients
- If patient being held for study document in patient holding log
- Perform daily QC and warm up of CT unit prior to patient care. Initiate the scanning procedure at the proper anatomical level
- Checks prescription/request, provisional diagnosis, hospital chart and patient identification
- Explains the procedure to the patient, means of communication during scan and procedure to follow, if emergency arises during scanning procedure
- Advises the patient of the possibility and/or necessity of an intravenous contrast injection and the precautions or contra indications involved with such an injection. Informs ER doctor of CT injection prior to injection
- Prepares room and equipment according to anatomical area to be scanned, per request and history. Change to appropriate gantry wedges, select kilovoltage and proper detector levels
- Selects correct computer program and initiate scan maintaining visual and/or audible communication with the patient during the scanning procedure
- Operates laser imaging cameras, selecting appropriate picture format and processes these in the C.T. section
- Perform all functions of Radiologic Technologist job
- Perform required number of exams as needed for MSQA, accreditations and certifications
- Obtain proper continuing education requirements as needed for specialty certifications

Under the direction of the Senior Financial Leadership for the Guthrie hospital and/or other related entities, the Manager is responsible for coordinating, planning and supervising the activities and personnel in the relationship and integration of Finance with their Operations Partner in the areas of financial reporting, financial analysis, and the relationship of finance with operations. In addition, the Manager will have a working relationship and input with various other functional areas such as cost accounting, budgeting, feasibility studies, financial planning and other projects/analysis related to their assigned entities. Responsible for coordinating activities concerned with financial administration, general accounting, patient business services and financial and statistical reporting with their Operations Partner.
Education, License & Cert:
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from an accredited fourβyear college is required; Masterβs in business administration and/or CPA/HFMA Certification is preferred.
Experience:
Four to six years of experience in the healthcare industry in the areas of financial reporting, forecasting and cost accounting with supervisory responsibilities. Working knowledge of healthcare operations, month end closing process, caseβbased forecasting and cost allocations. Familiarity with PeopleSoft/Oracle and EPIC is a plus and a strong working knowledge of Excel and Word is required.
Essential Functions:
1. Serves as the primary resource for Guthrie entity specific forecasting, financial reporting, cost reporting, tax reporting, and financial support to operations
2. Keep abreast of all regulations, procedures, and interpretations that effect third party reimbursement for acute care hospitals, freestanding ambulatory surgery centers and multiβspecialty physician groups.
3. Provides overall Guthrie entity specific financial oversight and monitoring, leads monthly analysis of operating plan forecasts to actual results and report risks and opportunities to senior leadership
4. Manages development and review of Guthrie entity specific ad hoc reports and analysis as requested and provides dayβtoβday analytics support to business operations
5. Acts as budget representative, working closely with the Director of Budgeting to strategically manage all financial activities within the Guthrie specific entity related to business operations. Oversees efficient and effective Guthrie entity specific forecasting and planning processes in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
6. Collaborate with the Financial Decision Support Team on the use of the decision support system and tools related to forecast and cost accounting and with the Managed Care Team both on an annual and ongoing basis
7. Establishes and monitors appropriate financial measures and interprets and uses financial data for making informed business decisions
8. Participates in special projects to improve reporting, analytical tools and internal processes to enhance management decision making and implement best practices

Education, Licensure & Certifications

1. Ensure adequate capital resources to support current operations and future growth, including oversight of treasury, cash management, investments, and debt issuance and compliance.

In partnership with Guthrieβs leadership team, PFS Director SBO is responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for The Guthrie Clinicβs patient/guarantor billing and collection functions. This involves managing and coordinating the overall functions of patient/guarantor collection to ensure maximization of cash flow while maintaining patient, provider, and other customer relations. Works closely with administrative leaders, managers, clinical personnel and vendors to ensure effective and efficient self-pay pre-service, point of service and accounts receivables management. Provides direction in managing the activities and functions of analyzing self-pay accounts receivable for collection and aging trends, establishing performance metrics, develops automated and efficient workflows, identifying denial trends that lead to self-pay activity, develops and maintains departmental policies and procedures, establish departmental goals and reports to AVP, Corporate AR Management. Identifies areas of improvement and works collaboratively with appropriate parties for resolution. Directs the management of employees in patient guarantor collection. Maintains advanced knowledge of healthcare and automation of self-pay and bad debt A/R and strives to ensure compliance with federal and/or state laws and regulations.
Experience
10 years prior experience in healthcare, insurance or businesses with responsibility and management of billing and patient collection. Knowledge of federal and state debt collection laws and patient billing regulations. Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP)
- Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent is a plus
Skills
Excellent working knowledge in the area of health care revenue cycle billing, strong medical terminology, collection, negotiation and insurance regulations required.
Advanced customer service, written, verbal, organizational and time management skills are a must.
Proficiency in revenue cycle platforms (i.e., EPIC, Cerner, Medent) Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
Proven ability to train and coach staff and build and lead strong teams to meet performance goals and for project management.
Extensive working experience in managing and directing the work of others along with proven planning and problem-solving skills to perform analysis and reports are required.

Essential Functions
- Plans and manages accurate patient billing and efficient account collection, which includes developing automated and efficient workflows. Works directly with patient access leaders to establish a pre and point of service collection strategy. Actively engages leaders or areas who are under performing in point of service collection. In addition, develops action plans or assists in identifying areas where gaps exist that cause insurance denials, or patients to be listed as self-pay incorrectly.
- Seeks automated solutions for manual workflows to drive efficiency. Develops project plans that ensure timely statement release. Establishes and implements a system or process for the collection of delinquent accounts including bad debt transfer to external collection agency, financial assistance programs, and/or appropriate internal collection follow-up.
- Oversees, coordinates, and solves complex billing problems. Coordinates with operational and Corporate Revenue Cycle management to ensure organizational problems are resolved.
