Job Title: Bay Area Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.

- Collaborate with the Chief of Alliance and HiTech Business to execute joint GTM strategies with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), ISVs, and technology partners.
- Strengthen clients presence in the Bay Area innovation ecosystem through partner engagement and co-selling motions.
Executive Relationship Building
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, CISOs, and senior business leaders.

Market Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Represent client at regional AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and innovation events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with solution architects, delivery leaders, and alliance managers to ensure successful execution and referenceable outcomes.

Required Qualifications
- 10β15 years of experience in enterprise technology or services sales, with at least 8 years in direct sales or regional leadership.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing multimillionβdollar enterprise deals.
- Experience selling in at least two of the following domains:
- Data & AI / analytics
- Cybersecurity
- Cloud governance, FinOps, or SecOps

- Serve as the primary briefer for CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc meetings, and annual reviews at CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC boards.

- Participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly working groups, boards, and panels.

- Communicate deadlines for submission of agendas, briefs, and discussion topics.
- Draft, proof, and distribute meeting materials to DSAWG and CDTAB members in advance.
- Maintain standardized briefing templates and formats for both forums.
- Record and publish all meeting minutes, decisions, briefings, and supporting documents.
- Keep updated contact lists and email distribution groups for members and advisors.
- Develop monthly status reports (MSRs) for CDTAB and DSAWG.
- Prepare up to 10 SOPs or internal documents annually.
- Create up to 5 technical papers per year on DSAWG-related issues for coordination with DoD/IC stakeholders.
- Produce up to 12 white papers, CONOPS, and contingency plans annually to support RE4 functions.
- Manage monthly ballots for CDTAB and DSAWG, averaging 20 CDS requests, 20 tickets, 10-20 briefings, and 15 annual reviews-volume may vary monthly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
- Six (6) or more years leading Risk Management teams
- Five (5) or more years IT program management experience leading audits and inspections in DoD/Federal environment
- Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level III certification
- Functional area expertise in National and DoD IT policy

Job Summary
Kinsman Care Management, LLC is hiring a full-time care manager. We are looking for a person who is caring, good with details and follow-through, loves older adults, capable of directing family and other professionals, and has good interpersonal skills.
Desired Qualifications:
1. Five years of experience in the senior care industry. At minimum, two to five years of care management or care coordination experience
2. Knowledge of the senior care industry and mental health services: Senior benefit systems, local resources, housing options, dementia, behavioral health, and other age-related conditions
3. Skills to assess level of care for seniors and make recommendations
4. Bachelor's level of education or higher in human services related field. May be substituted for work experience
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
6. Ability to follow-through on seeing that client needs are met; i.e., holding providers accountable and closing the communication loop
7. Promptness in returning calls and emails
8. Ability to track billable time and document visitsβwe have software and systems to help w/ this

Job Duties:
Provide care management and guardianship services for adults with cognitive, mental health, and physical impairments. Use our proprietary systems to assess client needs, develop plan of care, implement and monitor services received. Includes home visits, transport clients to appointments, attend medical appointments, arrange for services for clients, supervise home care, attend court hearings, communicate with family and collateral contacts, write monthly summaries, maintain client file and online documentation, placement assistance, emergency visits.

Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift, carry, or move equipment, including wheelchairs, as needed for client care.
Work Environment:
Work is primarily off-site with travel to clients' homes, facilities or medical appointments. The schedule will be business hours with rotating on-call weekends and evening hours.
