About the Clinician's WorkdayThe CRNA will provide anesthesia services for surgical procedures during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 5:30 PM, or 7:00 PM Sunday through Saturday. The clinician will manage anesthesia care for 80-100 surgical cases daily across 20 operating rooms at a Level 2 trauma center. The position requires board certification and prescriptive authority while working under a medical direction care team model. The clinician will utilize Epic EMR for documentation and coordinate with the surgical team during the facility's transition from contracted anesthesia group to hospital-employed staff.
