- This opportunity is for expansion. All physicians are board certified or eligible.
- They are looking for a well-trained, strong generalist with subspecialty interest. A fellowship trained neurology sub-specialist would be expected to see general neurology patients as well and can build their subspecialty practice over time which could include multiple sclerosis, movement disorders, headache, neuromuscular disease, stroke, etc.
- The current staff includes, 3 Physicians, 1 APC, 2 RN, 1 (Office Manager), 2 Receptionist, 1 LPN, 2 CMA, 1 Director of Operations.
o Office hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Practice Overview 24-physician private practice Emergency Medicine group Two Emergency Departments located 35 minutes and one hour West of Atlanta Both facilities are Level II Trauma Centers Emergency Department sizes: 40-bed ED 36-bed ED Annual volumes: Approximately 65,000 visits/year (Conyers area) Approximately 45,000 visits/year (Villa Rica area) Group includes dedicated Nocturnists and employs experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants Physicians work at both locations Position Details 16 eight-hour shifts per month Approximately 14 day shifts/2 night shifts Strong nocturnist coverage in place All current physicians are EM Board Certified or Board Eligible Supportive, collaborative group culture with long-standing physician retention Compensation & Benefits Year 1 Salary: $325,000 Year 2 Salary: $350,000 Partnership begins Year 3 Average partner compensation approximately $450,000 Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
