Litigation Associate | AmLaw Top 50 Firm

An AmLaw Top 50 firm is looking to add a litigation associate (3–6 years' experience) to a specialist team handling high-stakes disputes and regulatory matters for accounting firms, public companies and senior executives. This is a niche but highly regarded practice, sitting at the intersection of commercial litigation, investigations and financial/regulatory work.

The Role

You'll work on complex matters including:

• Commercial and financial disputes
• Regulatory and enforcement matters (SEC, DOJ, PCAOB)
• Professional liability and securities-related litigation
• High-value, multi-party disputes

What They're Looking For

• Strong litigation experience from a reputable firm
• Exposure to complex disputes, investigations or regulatory matters
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills

Prior accounting defense or securities experience is helpful, but not essential. Strong commercial litigators will be considered.
