Join us as our nextRegulatory Technical Manager reporting to our Head of global Regulatory and Product Safety. You will provide business-facing regulatory support and regulatory intelligence for cosmetic ingredients (Active Beauty) across North America and Latin America, ensuring compliant, timely and pragmatic responses to customer requests and proactive anticipation of regulatory changes.
The role acts as a key interface between customers, commercial teams and internal regulatory experts, supporting market access, customer confidence and sustainable growth of the Active Beauty portfolio, under the global governance of Fragrances Regulatory Global.
Salary expectation based on technical experience: $110,000.00 $130,000.00 usd.

In this exciting role you will:
Business & Customer Support
Be a first-line regulatory partner for commercial and customer-facing teams, addressing customer regulatory inquiries related to cosmetic ingredients.
Prepare customer-facing regulatory documentation (regulatory statements, compliance letters, ingredient status summaries, market-specific assessments).
Provide clear, and risk-based regulatory guidance to support customer projects and commercialization timelines.
Support resolution of customer regulatory issues and escalations, ensuring agreement between business needs and regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Surveillance & Impact Assessment
Perform regulatory monitoring for cosmetic ingredients in NOAM and LATAM (including the US, Canada, Brazil and main LATAM markets).
Analyze new regulations, guidance documents and enforcement trends improving cosmetic ingredients; assess potential business and portfolio impacts.
Translate regulatory developments into applicable insights for internal stakeholders (commercial, R&D, marketing, and product management).
Contribute to regional and global regulatory intelligence sharing within RAPS.
Portfolio & Compliance Support
Coordinate with global RAPS, toxicology and data management teams to ensure availability, consistency and accuracy of regulatory and safety data supporting Active Beauty ingredients.
Support compliance assessments and market readiness of cosmetic ingredient portfolios for NOAM/LATAM markets.
Contribute to internal understanding on regulatory positioning and customer messaging.
External Relations
Participate in relevant industry associations, working groups and regulatory forums related to cosmetic ingredients and specialty chemicals.
Support collection of external intelligence and contribute to advocacy efforts when relevant to Active Beauty portfolios.
Required Qualifications:
University / Bachelor's Degree in a scientific field (chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent).
6+ years of regulatory experience in cosmetics, cosmetic ingredients.
Fluent English
Understanding of cosmetic ingredient regulatory frameworks and customer expectations.
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, business-oriented guidance.
Experience with regulatory systems, databases and regulatory intelligence tools.
Additional Qualifications:
Master's degree in Cosmetic Science
Experience in customer-facing regulatory support and regulatory surveillance.

Reporting to our Specialty Retail Marketing Director, you will build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories. Being On-Site in NYC 4 days a week/1 day from home to be engaged in the fragrance creative process, you will create/deliver client presentations.
- Market and Consumer Understanding:Build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories.Foster sharing amongst marketing team members across categories and across regions. Demonstrate competent olfactory skills to recognize olfactory notes and communicate in fragrance language. You will have exposure to the innovation process to apply innovation principles to the creation process based on deep consumer and category insights.
- Marketing Programs and Development:Identify client brand 'white space' and envision new concept directions including creation of concept: writing, visuals-collaborating with creative team for synergies with olfactive recommendations. Prepare standard category reviews and trend presentations. Support client presentations, tailoring our value proposition to specific needs of the client.
- Industry and Consumer Knowledge and Interpretation: Work with Sales and Evaluation to establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs.Help design marketing programs to address client needs. Demonstrate knowledge of fragrance products, trends, main customers, and competitors on global/regional category level. Analyze consumer data to strengthen consumer awareness and understanding.

Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) is a strategic pillar of our business, supporting operational excellence and a strong safety culture. As the global senior expert for Chemicals Management & Compliance, you will be the primary compliance advisor for the business in several technical areas, including Dangerous Goods Regulations, Hazardous Materials Transportation and Warehousing, Transport Emergency Response Management and Controlled Products Regulations. Your Profile:
University degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food chemistry, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of Chemicals Management & Compliance industry experience.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Certified in Dangerous Goods transport regulations (e.g. IMDG, IATA, ADR, CFR).
Experience with global chemical compliance programs.
Chemistry and product safety expertise.
Technical expert in Dangerous Goods, Controlled Products (Drug Precursors and Chemical Weapon Precursors), Hazardous Materials Transport and Warehousing and Hazardous Materials Transport Emergency Response Management.

Reporting to a Category Director, and being onsite (4 days in office) in our East Hanover New Jersey Creative Center, you will initiate market research projects and build consumer understanding. As a Consumer Insights Manager in our Personal Care Products division, you will partner with our our teams to support fragrance development and deliver upon sales goals. You will be a category expert sharing your knowledge with our internal and external clients.
- Lead Research - Lead market research for regional or cross regional projects by applying the appropriate qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to meet the project end goals. Support sales and development teams as the market research expert in direct contact with clients; discuss and review strategies, methodologies, and results.
- Business Partner - Work with internal colleagues on Personal Care projects. Throughout the fragrance development cycle, provide in-depth interpretation of results to guide fragrance development. Additionally, help build rationale to support our submissions. Work with category teams to identify gaps in knowledge and to develop and test hypotheses relating to insights into consumer behavior.
- Project Management - Full management of Personal Care Customer Insights projects. This includes study design, cost management, and negotiations with agencies. Additionally, it involves quality checks, hands-on data analysis, including statistical testing, insight development, and results presentations. Participation in the digital agenda.

About the position:
The Quality Lab Sensory Analyst position at Givaudan involves evaluating flavoring products and incoming ingredients through sensory evaluations and basic physical-chemical. Under general supervision, the analyst will identify and document non-conforming products, applying simple corrections as necessary. The role requires performing basic equipment calibrations and supporting various laboratory functions as directed. The analyst will enter test results into the computer system, SAP, leading to either approval or rejection of products based on the evaluations conducted. In addition to the core responsibilities, the analyst will support miscellaneous lab functions, which may include pre-shipment sample processing, filing retain samples, maintaining lab supplies, and disposing of liquid hazardous waste.
The role also involves identifying out-of-specification results and applying simple corrections, as well as documenting and communicating non-conformances to higher-level quality personnel and operations as needed. The analyst will analyze and collect data for investigations and must work in accordance with all relevant requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), American Institute of Baking (AIB), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and internal safety guidelines. Participation in site training sessions and improvement projects related to quality, food safety, safety, problem-solving, lean manufacturing, and 5S is also expected. The position requires excellent attendance, flexibility, enthusiasm, and a positive approach to teamwork.
Responsibilities:

Purpose
Perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance and installation of equipment under close supervision and in a timely manner to minimise disruptions of site operations.

As a Alcohol Production & Applications Technologist you will support Manufacturing, Creative/Applications Labs, and Production Planning by preparing colored and uncolored alcohol-based solutions; executing alcohol compounding activities; coordinating production scheduling; and ensuring batches meet customer, quality, and safety requirements.
You will provide technical support to production, ensures workflow efficiency, and maintains compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in a Class 1 Div 1 flammable compounding environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Alcohol Compounding & Batch Preparation (Coloring / Production Execution)
- Prepare alcohol batches to specification using visual color matching and colorimeter readings.

- Maintain accurate batch records, sample retains, and all supporting documentation.
- Ensure proper handling of dyes, filters, raw materials, and flammable materials.

- Conduct stability testing, record results, and communicate findings to R&D.
- Support non-conformance investigations, ISO/PSM initiatives, and KPI data collection.
- Cover Sample Lab operations when required.
4. Training, Leadership & Cross-functional Support
- Train operators on alcohol manufacturing processes, safety practices, software systems, and equipment functionality.
- Assist Production Supervisors by guiding staff in GMPs, safety guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide feedback on performance to help support the review process.
5. Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with Class 1 Div 1 process safety requirements and all plant safety procedures.
- Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Prepare documentation, labels, and shipping papers for alcohol-based materials.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in fragrance/alcohol manufacturing or equivalent compounding experience.

Supporting our business:Administer creative briefings and sample requests from initiation through to completion and preparation for submission. Manage materials and samples for client presentations, assist in building client presentation collateral display materials. Perform special projects (maintain customer information, provide clerical support, and organize meetings). Ensure client comfort and manage logistics during visits to Givaudan. Being the liaison between clients and internal personnel.
Communication:Respond to internal and external inquiries using systems knowledge, creative investigation, and follow-up techniques. Provide the business team with timely information on clients' requests, insights, and communications. Represent the team with a meaningful client interface. Develop client relationships. Coordinate schedules and communications. Attend team meetings to review workflow.
Administrative Support:Act as an interdepartmental coordination specialist (liaison with Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Distribution, Planning, Pricing, Labs, Regulatory, QC). Update projects, request and attach price quotations, fragrance descriptions and customer-specific documentation. Maintain the sample tracking system, product bases, product packaging arrivals, and update projects. Prepare samples for shipment, including supporting documentation. Provide necessary shipping and tracking information to customers. Brief entry and support, creation of RMR and NBO documentation to ensure smooth transition of new wins to production. Provide back-up and administrative support to the larger L&R team. May be responsible for additional tasks on business needs.

Reporting to the Category Director, you will project manage by collaborating with Perfumers and our creative centers. You will interpret marketing knowledge and use your technical expertise to assist customers in developing olfactory strategies to affect our role within the industry.
This role is onsite in our Ridgedale Offices located in East Hanover NJ. We offer 1 day from home and flexible working schedules.
- Fragrance Development - Develop olfactory strategy for clients, market, category, and guide Perfumery teams. Manage/execute multiple complex briefs and develop or select fragrances according to the given brief guidelines. Define fragrances to be tested and coordinate with Consumer Marketing Insights (CMI) team. Translate consumer insights results into olfactory guidelines for perfumers. Work with lab on testing product stability. Understand the Best Practices to influence efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration and Influence - Partner with other regional creative centers to complete project assignments. Conduct customer presentations/interactions. Participate in olfactory analysis of new products to identify interesting notes for creative development. Develop new fragrances with Perfumers. Manage fast and efficient selection of fragrances for activation projects from oil or blind.
- Industry Curiosity Marketing - Anticipate market tastes; work with marketing colleagues on proactive concept generation. Write olfactory summaries of a region/market and customer for knowledge-building and sharing. Demonstrate track records of new wins. Build and curate the best-in-class fragrance collection, responding to gap analysis, market needs, market trends and incorporating our technologies.

- University Degree relevant to industry/position
- 7+ years' functional/technical experience in industry

Givaudan Flavors Science & Technology is looking for a Cheminformatics Scientist to join a versatile team advancing flavor ingredient discovery. You will apply cheminformatics, machine learning, and AI to develop novel aroma and taste molecules while collaborating across research teams to build data-driven discovery workflows.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement cheminformatics algorithms and workflows to accelerate flavor ingredient discovery across aroma and taste modalities.
- Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models using QSAR, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and 2D/3D computational approaches for small-molecule analysis and property prediction.
- Apply statistical, cheminformatics, and machine learning methods to improve hit identification and hit-to-lead processes.
- Collaborate with chemistry and research teams to integrate AI/ML and cheminformatics into DMTA workflows.
- Enhance databases and computational pipelines to support data-driven research.
- Develop computational tools, visualizations, and analytical programs for molecular data analysis.
- Communicate scientific insights across teams and support collaboration.
- Provide mentoring and promote best practices in data integrity, reproducibility, and FAIR data principles.
Your Professional Profile Includes
- PhD or Master's degree in Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Expertise in structure-based drug design (SBDD), including docking, pharmacophore modeling, virtual screening, and molecular dynamics.
- 3+ years of experience with ligand-based modeling (QSAR, 2D/3D virtual screening) and protein modeling (e.g., homology modeling, protein-protein docking).
- Data science and statistical analysis skills, including exploratory data analysis and model validation.
- Advanced programming skills in Python or R, plus proficiency in an additional language, following coding best practices.
- Experience with cheminformatics tools (e.g., RDKit, OpenEye) and molecular analysis techniques such as library enumeration, similarity analysis, clustering, and dimensionality reduction.
- Industry familiarity with SQL/databases, analytics tools (KNIME, Spotfire, Shiny), and NLP/LLMs in scientific contexts; relevant industry experience.
Compensation and Benefits
