Scion Legal Staffing has been engaged to conduct a confidential search on behalf of a rapidly growing, nationally recognized personal injury law firm that is redefining how legal services are delivered. This organization has intentionally built a modern litigation model by integrating advanced case management systems, performance metrics, and collaborative workflows, allowing attorneys to focus on strategy, advocacy, and results.

The firm operates at a national scale and is continuing to expand into new markets, offering attorneys the opportunity to make a measurable impact while growing alongside the business, all while working fully remotely within Arizona.

LEGAL OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW

This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney with 5 or more years of personal injury litigation experience to join a high-growth practice. Attorneys in this role are entrusted with hands-on responsibility across all phases of litigation, from initial case evaluation through resolution.

The practice emphasizes efficiency, strong case strategy, and maximizing recovery, while providing attorneys with direct client interaction and meaningful litigation exposure within a collaborative, high-performance environment, all in a fully remote setting.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Evaluate personal injury claims and assess case merit, liability, and potential value
• Represent clients in litigation, including hearings, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Develop and execute case strategies to maximize recovery and favorable outcomes
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other key legal filings
• Conduct depositions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial
• Analyze medical records, collaborate with experts, and assess damages
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to resolve claims efficiently
• Advise clients on case strategy, risks, and potential outcomes
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining organization and attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to efficient case management processes

WHAT YOU BRING

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing
• 5 or more years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case strategy skills
• Experience managing cases from intake through resolution
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Base Salary Range: $130,000 to $150,000, depending on experience and overall fit
• Fully remote work environment (Arizona-based)
