We are hiring a strong, field-driven Project Superintendent to lead municipal renovation

projects across the Chicagoland area.

If you’ve successfully delivered summer-critical renovation work with compressed

schedules, understand public-sector expectations, and take pride in running organized, safe,

high-performing jobsites — we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

Lead all field operations from start to finish

Manage accelerated summer renovation schedules

Coordinate subcontractors and inspections

Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards

Be the steady, accountable presence on site

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years Superintendent experience

• Municipal/public renovation experience

• Strong scheduling and coordination skills

• Experience working in phased or occupied facilities

• Leadership mentality — not just task management
