The role:

• This is a litigation-focused associate role for someone with 1–4 years of experience who wants to continue building in insurance defense.
• The work will initially be weighted toward: General liability, Premises liability, Trucking accidents, Broader core insurance defense matters
• Over time, there is scope to broaden into additional areas depending on performance and interest.

Compensation

• $130,000–$160,000, depending on experience.
• Billable expectation is 160 hours per month / 1,920 annually.
• Benefits package included.

• 1–4 years of post-admission experience
• Insurance defense experience strongly preferred
• Strong foundational experience in general liability
• California bar admission
