Chicago, IL (Multi-Site: Skokie & Downers Grove)

We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Medical Director, overseeing behavioral health services across two established sites in the Chicago area (Skokie & Downers Grove).

This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical care (50%) with leadership impact (50%), working closely with an experienced team in a growing, mission-driven organization.

Position Highlights

• 50/50 split: Clinical + Administrative leadership
• Oversight of multi-site behavioral health programs
• Collaborate with executive leadership on clinical strategy and program development

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care (adult psychiatry)
• Lead and support clinical teams across two locations
• Ensure quality, compliance, and best practices in care delivery
• Partner with leadership on program development and performance improvement
• Mentor and guide clinical staff

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Psychiatry
• IL license (or ability to obtain)
• Active or eligible Illinois medical license
• Leadership experience or strong interest in clinical leadership
• Experience in behavioral health, inpatient or outpatient settings
