Unified Communications Technician
Pay Range: $30/hour to $35/hour
We’re looking for a skilled Unified Communications Technician to join our client's team! If you have a strong background in telecom, VoIP, and network infrastructure—and enjoy solving complex technical issues—this could be a great fit. Experience in healthcare environments is a big plus.
What You’ll Do:
• Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP and telecom incidents
• Install and support voice, video, and data systems
• Perform structured cabling (CAT5e/CAT6, fiber, coax)
• Support LAN/WAN environments and network performance
• Work across IDFs, MDFs, and end-user locations
• Ensure reliable connectivity across systems
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of telecom installation & maintenance experience
• Strong VoIP and network troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, and PoE
• Experience with Windows & Linux systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility for occasional nights/weekends
Nice to Have:
• Technical certification or related education
• Healthcare industry experience
