Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – VanspeedPro
Location: On-site Westminster, CA
Overview
VanspeedPro builds turnkey mobile business vans, primarily grooming vans, that allow customers to start and scale service-based businesses.
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and book qualified sales calls. This role is the front line of our revenue engine and plays a critical role in turning interest into real opportunities.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who moves fast, follows up relentlessly, and is driven by results.
Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Response (Inbound)
- Respond to all inbound leads immediately (target: under 5 minutes)
- Qualify prospects and move them toward a booked call
- Maintain consistent follow-up via call, text, and email
2. Outbound Prospecting
- Conduct daily outbound outreach (calls, texts, email, social)
- Target potential buyers and business owners
- Generate new opportunities and build pipeline
3. Appointment Setting
- Book qualified calls for the closer
- Ensure prospects are properly informed and prepared for calls
- Confirm appointments to improve show rates
4. CRM Management
- Manage all activity inside HubSpot CRM
- Keep pipeline clean and updated
- Track all communication and lead status
5. Follow-Up and Nurture
- Stay persistent with leads that are not ready immediately
- Re-engage cold or inactive prospects
- Maintain a strong pipeline at all times
Key KPIs
- 10–20 qualified calls booked per week
- Speed-to-lead response time
- Show rate on booked calls
- Pipeline volume and activity
What We’re Looking For
- Strong and clear communicator (phone, text, and email)

- Comfortable with outbound outreach and rejection
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Driven by performance and results
- Experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is a plus

Compensation
- Base: $60K – $85K
- Commission per qualified call + bonuses on closed deals
- OTE: $100K – $120K+
Why This Role Matters
The SDR is responsible for feeding the entire VanspeedPro sales engine. Without consistent, high-quality appointments, revenue does not grow. This role directly impacts the company’s ability to scale.
