What You'll Do

  • Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)
  • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, and pro-actively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services
  • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations
  • Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Sabre
  • Ensure compliance to customers' agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests
  • Collaborate within your team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels
  • Multi-account fast pace environment

What We're Looking For

Your Role on the Expedition:

Assists in the clerical support functions for the Liability Claims Department. Reports directly to the VP, Claims.

Chart Your Course:

  • Run loss reports for Generali US Branch insureds.
  • Set up new claims in the system, including entering all data and establishing reserves.
  • Files claims documents and correspondence.
  • Close claim files and issue claim payments.
  • Process recoveries.
  • Complete OFAC checks, including wires and manual checks, and maintain the processing log.
  • Provide OFAC confirmations or flagged results to Compliance.
  • Set up new claims when new losses are submitted.
  • Obtain copies of checks and upload them to GUSB claim files.
  • Distribute incoming mail.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Retrieve files and coordinate transfer to storage.
  • Process wire requests for Metropolitan Reporting.
  • Prepare monthly reporting for clients.
  • Draft and distribute minutes from monthly meetings.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of KPIs.
  • Handles special out going UPS/ Register and Certified mail.
  • Sorts outgoing letters and attachments and send via mail or fax.

Job Summary and Qualifications

    • You will assess patient's condition and monitor vitals, providing general nursing care before and after surgery
    • You will ensure that the Operating Room is prepared with all necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment

    REQUIREMENTS

  • Active NH Registered Nurse license or compact Registered Nurse license
  • Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

  • PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

Responsibilities

Insurance Program Management

  • Maintain and monitor all property, casualty, builder’s risk, and liability insurance policies.
  • Assist in renewals, coverage placements, and policy audits, ensuring terms and conditions meet organizational needs.
  • Track and update schedules of values (SOVs), premium allocations, and exposure data.

About the Role

The Analyst, Insurance Compliance, is responsible for ensuring all required insurance coverage(s) are in place at appropriate limits to demonstrate compliance with investor requirements. What You'll Do

  • Identify and communicate insurance related issues and trends and develop working knowledge of all investor insurance guidelines and recommendations.
  • Review Loan Agreements, Appraisals, Engineering, Seismic, and Environmental reports to determine loan-specific information relative to insurance requirements.
  • Perform annual review of insurance coverages by reviewing policies including all schedules and endorsements, invoices, and/or declaration pages and certificates to determine compliance.
  • Ensure timely follow up occurs on all assigned accounts to ensure expedient resolution of all identified exceptions.

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining all insurance information and documentation within Arbor servicing systems.

  • Assist Portfolio Management team at Arbor with the handling of claims issues as needed (including requesting loss runs and obtaining loss adjustor information.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience: Prior experience in commercial insurance or a related commercial servicing environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply detailed guidelines and policy language through training - demonstrated by experience working with complex rules, requirements, contracts, compliance standards, or technical documentation in prior roles
  • Strong learning agility, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, absorb feedback, and consistently apply guidance
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage with both internal and external stakeholders

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus. The starting base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the course of the year. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
