Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney at our Phoenix, AZ, office. The Litigation Attorney will handle a range of tasks, including managing legal cases, preparing and filing motions, conducting legal research, participating in depositions, representing clients in court, and strategizing for trials. The role requires strong analytical and advocacy skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, including legal research and interpretation
- Experience preparing and filing Motions and other legal documents
- Familiarity with courtroom procedures and experience representing clients in Courts
- Skilled in conducting and defending Depositions
- Trial preparation and litigation expertise
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in the state of Arizona
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy
- Prior experience in immigration law or a related field is a plus
