We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Customer Relationship Marketing to transform CRM from a transactional communication tool into a scalable growth and experience platform that drives Existing Client (EC) engagement, visit frequency, and New Client (NC) conversion across both Base and De Novo businesses.
This role is both strategic and highly tactical. The Sr. Manager will shape CRM strategy, build the roadmap, and personally lead the development, deployment, and optimization of campaigns and lifecycle programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

The role will execute our CRM roadmap to stabilize core operations, unlock automated lifecycle value, and enable increasingly personalized engagement that improves retention, visit volume, and customer experience.
Primary Accountabilities
1. Execute the CRM Roadmap to Enable Engagement & Growth
- Lead the phased evolution of CRM capabilities that support retention, repeat visits, and revenue growth:
- Stabilize foundational programs including appointment reminders, lifecycle communications, plan renewals, and monthly content
- Leveraging both outbound and in-product delivery, launch and optimize automated lifecycle journeys such as treatment reminders, no-show recovery, and referral programs
- Enable more personalized coordinated and targeted engagement across channels over time
2. Build and Deploy Campaigns that Drive Visits and Retention
- Own promotional strategy and execution for EC and NC campaigns
- Design, build, and deploy lifecycle programs and targeted promotions that increase repeat visits and lifetime value
- Track and optimize performance of campaigns against bookings, visits, and engagement metrics
3. Drive Existing Client Engagement & Visit Volume
- Own EC visit and revenue per visit targets supported by CRM programs
- Develop strategies appropriate to both Base businesses (retention and frequency) and De Novo businesses (penetration and loyalty building)
- Connect CRM engagement to appointment bookings and revenue outcomes
4. Partner Strategically to Deliver Business Outcomes
- Partner with the CMO and Product to define priorities, roadmap phases, and success metrics
- Work closely with Braze and external partners to maximize platform capabilities and speed of execution
- Contribute to developing internal best practices and scalable processes
5. Measure Performance, Reputation, and Optimize
- Link CRM KPIs to business outcomes including show rate, visit volume, plan renewals, revenue per visit, and treatment completion
- Track and report on client reputation and feedback using Birdeye and Qualtrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve experience and retention
- Provide ongoing analysis, testing, and optimization recommendations
- Develop clear reporting on roadmap progress and campaign performance
6. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Integrate CRM initiatives with marketing channels, brand, product, and communications teams
- Manage multiple priorities while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
Minimum Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelorβs Degree required
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience planning and executing CRM programs including email, SMS, direct mail, and lifecycle marketing in retail, service, healthcare, or similar categories. Experience with Braze is preferred but not required.

Annual Salary Range: $140,000-$165,000 plus 15% annual bonus, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.

Job Summary:
This Senior Manager is an important part of the Learning and Development team and has accountability for development strategies and programs for non-clinical team members. This role will report to the Director, L&D and partner closely with the Field leadership team to create and implement learning solutions and programming that support field team members at all stages of their development.
This Senior Manager is a proven leader who can effectively collaborate with the Field leadership team and other partners in Learning & Development and Human Resources. This leader is a strong performance consultant who can develop solutions and programming to build foundational to advanced knowledge, skills and abilities. This leader has experience orchestrating organizationally complex work and demonstrating business impact through data. This leader must also be hands-on with a willingness to analyze and build, unafraid to roll-up their sleeves to get projects done.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Field leadership team and the broader L&D and HR teams to understand specific development needs for Aspen Dental field team members, including operations skill development, leadership and professional development and business management skills.
- Design, develop and deliver a suite of highly effective learning solutions, programs, tools and resources. Solutions may include formal learning programs, experiential learning assignments, coaching, etc.
- Create and enable successful learning plans for each role including PSC, OM, OL, RM and TD.
- Manage learning and development Field programs from end-to-end, design, development, communication, facilitation, implementation and program analysis.
- Drive a learning culture within the Field team.
- Understand the specific needs of each learner audience so you can advocate and adapt for their specific needs and preferences.
- Lead a team of end-to-end, non-clinical L&D professionals, providing direction, coaching and support to optimize the performance and potential of each team member.
- Evaluate existing Field programs/content for impact and alignment with organizational needs. Iterate and provide recommendations for learning experiences that increase reach, impact, and future capability requirements.
- Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to improve the experience for future learners.
- Serve as a Learning and Development thought partner. Proactively research and identify opportunities to apply new thinking to improve effectiveness and on the job performance. Stay in touch with learning field trends and best practices.
- Partner with others to solve business problems and execute learning and development initiatives.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Education Level: Bachelorβs degree required
- A minimum of 7+ years of relevant learning and development experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization with a distributed workforce.
- A minimum of 5 years project management experience using project management tools to manage medium to large scale content development projects.
- A minimum of 3+ years leading a team of L&D professionals.
- Advanced understanding of adult learning theory and principles.
- Highly developed skill in instructional design and implementing development programs for all audiences.
- Strong business insight, with the ability to credibly make a business case, by linking current and anticipated business challenges with learning and development solutions.
- Well versed in multiple applications of digital learning, just-in-time / micro-learning, and blended learning strategies.
- Strong capabilities in data analytics (as it pertains to measuring learning).
- Experience providing consultation to senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization and extreme flexibility to be proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent facilitation skills. Experience in small and large group facilitation in multiple modalities.

Role Description
FACE seeks an organized, service-oriented Administrative & Retail (Operations) Associate to join our small, mission-driven team. This essential part-time role supports daily operations, donor stewardship, fundraising administration, and Wag Nβ Purr Shopβour integrated retail boutique which functions as a unique donor engagement and fundraising mechanism.
You will interact with donors, veterinary partners, retail customers, Board members, volunteers, and community collaborators. Every taskβwhether answering a call, processing a donation, or coordinating a Tree of Life tributeβdirectly contributes to saving and improving the lives of animals in our community.

Administrative Responsibilities (50%)
- Serve as a welcoming and professional representative of FACE by answering and routing incoming emails and calls and manage donor inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Maintain and update donor, customer, volunteer, and partner records and reports.
- Support fundraising and program operations using Shopify, Salesforce, Fundraise Up, Excel, and related systems.
- Track and process In-Memory and Tree of Life donations, including acknowledgments and documentation.
- Coordinate with veterinary partners, donors, and the FACE artist on commemorative portraits and leaf paintings.
- Prepare and process acknowledgments for donor contributions; coordinate Executive Director signatures and ensure proper documentation in Salesforce
- Assist with Gift-In-Kind documentation and event support as needed.
Wag Nβ Purr Shop Retail Responsibilities (50%)
- Under the direction of the FACE Board President, collaborate with Wag Nβ Purr volunteers to support our resale boutique operations.
- Manage inventory, SKUs, ordering of supplies, and stock organization
- Prepare and pull inventory for events; attend events as assigned.
- Help with product entry and descriptions in Shopify as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments and coordinate delivery to postal services.
Physical Requirements
- Valid California driverβs license.
- Ability to work at a desktop or laptop computer for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move retail inventory and supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for animal welfare and alignment with FACEβs mission.
- High school diploma or GED required; nonprofit experience a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and Shopify preferred.
