Prior help desk experience
Management of different databases
Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for security issues through the Remedy HelpDesk system.
Answering incoming calls to the HelpDesk and generating Remedy tickets and routing the tickets to the correct groups
Manage network printers, creating/deleting IPP printers and modifying html files to reflect the printer’s location at the site.
Interact with different IT groups and other non-IT business units, primarily changing passwords and assisting users to a successful login.
Manage and monitor all new software received by the company.
Provide all aspects of systems administration on the multiple application databases for company production, including but not limited to, create, modify, delete; provide access to various application access based on job responsibilities
