Concierge Pediatrics – Hudson Yards: Mount Sinai seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide concierge-level primary and preventive care to adults and children at a next-generation health center on the East side of Manhattan and in patients’ homes. The focus will be on providing the best white-glove patient care and experience possible to a dedicated panel of member/patients, including families. We expect to provide much of this care, particularly to children, in the home. Clinical performance will be evaluated based on patient satisfaction - think longer appointments and coordinated follow-up care, NOT RVUs and productivity.

The large multispecialty practice is located at 300 Cadman Plaza West, Brooklyn, NY 11201 serving a diverse community. The practice is in the heart of Brooklyn Heights, which is a short walk to DUMBO, downtown Brooklyn, Cobble Hill, and Carrol Gardens offering an endless array of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional primary pediatric care 
• Delivers primary care to children through both traditional face-to-face visits and non-visit-based interactions (e.g. phone, digital messaging, and video chat) to a physician-specific population of practice members, including children from birth to age 18 
• Uses outstanding communication skills to assist patients and families in understanding diagnostic tests and treatments, help patients and families navigate all aspects of care, and facilitate patient and family preparation for specialty medical appointments
• Initiates timely referrals to specialty services and ensures close, regular bi-directional communication with specialists to promote continuity of care. 
• Provides concierge-level service at all times, with 24/7 availability by phone to a dedicated patient panel and advocacy for patients within the broader health care system
• Carries out other appropriate professional duties when necessary, including liaison with outside medical consultants, hospitalists, and emergency room providers to ensure appropriateness, timeliness and continuity of care and an excellent patient experience
• Partners effectively with health center staff in all aspects of patient care

Qualifications

• Education and Experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a continuity panel of pediatric patients (for Concierge roles only)
• Medical Degree (MD) from an Accredited University
• New York Medical License or eligibility for license
• Board Certified in Pediatrics

Compensation ranges from 143K to 400K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)

The Lead Physician for Primary Care provides direct clinical care to a panel of members. They guide clinicians on best practices on delivering value-based care. Additionally, they work closely with our Medical Director to provide clinical leadership to our providers, Nurses, Behavioral Health specialists, and Medical Assistants.

 4 key areas for responsibility for the Lead Physician:

• Provide excellent primary care to a panel of members, leading your pod interdisciplinary care team

• Coach fellow providers in how to provide excellent primary care / urgent care / or community care to their members and effectively lead their interdisciplinary care teams. Mentor care teams during population health huddle to achieve their quality and utilization goals.

• Alongside the Medical Director, the Lead Physician is the clinical leader in the center. They address questions from and provide clinical guidance to nurses, MAs, and fellow providers about clinical cases as they arise.

• The Lead Physician is core part of the center and market’s leadership team. They are accountable for driving the market toward successfully achieving its quality, utilization and engagement goals. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide Primary Care services to panel of members in accordance with the PCMH model of care.

• Work in a team environment (with social work, care management, behavioral health, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, etc.), process feedback, and facilitate discussion and implementing plans of care from other members of the team.

• Coach and mentor physicians and Advance Practice Providers.

• Treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic conditions onsite.

• Possess a comfort level and the knowledge to differentiate when exacerbation can be treated within AbsoluteCare and when a higher level of care is needed.

• Vigilant in keeping track of patients and their disease processes to prevent ER visits, admissions to the hospital, and readmissions.

• Implement plans of care in collaboration with the patient, their family and other team members.

• Use technology and the electronic health record to the highest capability to increase quality initiatives and efficiency within the practice.

Insight Global is seeking an experienced EPLAN Electrical Designer to support the development of its large-scale metal additive manufacturing platform, the Advanced Test Demonstrator (ATD).

In this role, you will play a critical part in electrical documentation, panel fabrication support, and system integration activities for a complex LPBF (laser powder bed fusion) 3D printer environment. This includes creating and updating EPLAN schematics, supporting hands-on panel builds, documenting wiring and fluid routing, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams (controls, mechanical, and R&D).

The ideal candidate is highly experienced in mixed-voltage electrical systems, industrial standards, and shop-floor integration. This is a hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting, fabrication support, and comfort working around high-power distribution and sensitive signal environments. While not required, experience with LabVIEW OOP and industrial additive manufacturing systems is highly advantageous.
