The Section of Pediatric Radiology in the Department of Radiology of the Mount Sinai Health System and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is seeking a fellowship trained, Board Certified or Eligible Pediatric Radiologist, with a CAQ/MOC to provide multi-modality imaging services based at Mount Sinai Hospital with a hybrid in house/virtual arrangement.
Pediatric patients receiving care at Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital are served by the general Pediatric Radiologists, as well as by subspecialists in Nuclear Medicine, Neuroradiology, MSK, and Interventional Radiology. Patients with complex medical and surgical problems are cared for daily with the imaging choices and protocols designed to best serve the patients with the least discomfort and the least radiation exposure using state-of-the-art equipment.
The Pediatric Radiology faculty participates in the formal and informal teaching of Radiology Residents from the Mount Sinai Health System, Medical Students at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Pediatric Residents from the Mount Sinai Kravis Children’s Hospital. The Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital (MSSN) in Oceanside, NY seeks a Program Director for its ACGME fully accredited Gastroenterology fellowship training program!
The program, which is comprised of two fellows per year (6 total), focuses on providing exceptional clinical training along with opportunities for clinically-oriented research. Required and elective experiences are all at Mount Sinai South Nassau, and its associated outpatient facilities, plus IBD and liver transplant rotations at The Mount Sinai Hospital, provide a truly unique experience with respect to the breadth of patients served. In addition, the Division has a separate advanced Interventional GI fellowship (one fellow / year).
The Program Director reports to Dr. Frank Gress, the Chief of Gastroenterology and Hepatology and will be responsible for planning and carrying out the educational agenda for the program, along with the customary administrative responsibilities of the position such as mentoring, trainee evaluation and annual recruitment of new fellows. It is expected that the Program Director will work to create innovative educational experiences that enhance skills needed to care for an increasingly diverse population. Mount Sinai South Nassau’s Department of Medicine is strongly committed to treating the whole patient, and places special emphasis on providing patient-centered care. Of note, didactic and patient-oriented teaching involves not only fellows but also residents and medical students. This full-time position consists of inpatient consultative general neurology work at Mount Sinai Queens, part of the New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System. You will provide high quality care for patients with a broad range of basic and complex neurological diseases and neurological manifestations of systemic illness. The Mount Sinai Health System’s Hospitalist Division is continuing to grow with Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem positions available for Daytime and Nocturnist positions in New York and Long Island.
MSSN: The successful candidate will manage and provide the clinical care of patients assigned to Hospitalist Services through the entire continuum of hospital care including, but not limited to seeing patients in the ER, on the unit, following them to the critical care unit. Hospitalist shall be responsible to ensure that each patient assigned to the service receives medically appropriate level of care on 24/7 basis. Coordinates discharge planning with the patient, family members, and care manager/discharge planner. Per Diem and Full-Time Night (Nocturnist).

Hospitalist attendings provide either daytime or nighttime coverage for hospitalist services based on their career interests and scheduling preferences. Responsibilities include coverage of patients on the Medicine units, admissions from the emergency department, medical consultation for other services. In addition to providing direct patient care, the responsibilities include supervision of medical housestaff and allied health personnel (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, etc.).

Mount Sinai South Nassau in Oceanside, NY is currently seeking full-time qualified board-certified stroke neurologist to serve as Director of Stroke and Vascular Neurology.
The selected candidate must have excellent clinical skills with an interest in outpatient and inpatient stroke care, a track record of clinical and/or translational research, as well as strong leadership skills. The selected candidate will be expected to provide equal effort in clinical care, and in leadership of the Division.The Division of Neurology is currently comprised of eight faculty Neurologists who work to achieve the hospital’s Joint Commission’s gold seal of approval for disease-specific care for primary stroke, AHA Gold Plus Stroke Center and partial thrombectomy capable interventional services, in the setting of a very active neurosurgical service, state of the art neurological imaging studies and epilepsy platform, and a full-service tertiary care hospital. We are in the process of building a full comprehensive thrombectomy capable Stroke Center and Neurology Service and are looking to recruit full-time faculty to expand the Division’s services.
