The Fleet Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance, repair coordination, and overall condition management of the company’s vehicle fleet. This role ensures all vehicles remain safe, compliant, and operational by managing preventative maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs, tracking service records, and minimizing vehicle downtime. Fleet Maintenance & Condition Management
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for all fleet vehicles.

- Negotiate pricing and manage vendor relationships.
Operational Support
- Minimize fleet downtime through proactive scheduling and rapid response to breakdowns.
- Coordinate roadside assistance and towing when necessary.
- Communicate vehicle availability and repair timelines to operations leadership.
- Assist in fleet replacement planning and lifecycle management.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain service logs, inspection reports, and warranty documentation.
- Track maintenance costs and provide reporting on fleet expenses.
- Support audits and insurance documentation as required.
Driver Support
- Serve as point of contact for drivers reporting mechanical issues.
- Educate drivers on vehicle inspection procedures and preventative care.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage the Fleet operations for the City.
- Establish standards and policies for equipment inventory, classification, assignment and control; determine the optimum fleet size and mix, equipment resource requirements, rent/lease options, and allocation by organization; provide periodic reports to business partners.
- Set vehicle and equipment replacement standards and strategies, acquisition and disposal plans and schedules; prepare standardization and specifications.
- Establish, implement, direct and supervise the preventive maintenance and repair program for City vehicles and equipment, including shop operations, personnel management, and facilities management.
- Supervise the fleet parts and supplies management system which includes stock classification, stock selection/levels, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Manage the City fuel and oil purchasing, stock, underground tanks; assure economical use.
- Coordinate with Risk Management for insurance claims and insurance applications.
- Partner with other City departments to ensure excellent customer service, vehicle availability, and cost control.
- Solicit and review customer feedback.
- Serve as the main user of the fleet management software; implement and develop key performance indicators and utilize data from the systems to inform lifecycle planning, as well as financial and operational decisions.
- Prepare division budget, implement budgeted work plan items, monitor division expenditures, and plan for long-term needs.

The is a hybrid position that will require travel to the company headquarters in Belle Vernon, PA on at least a quarterly basis. The candidate is responsible for prospecting and selling Fleet Solutions services to regional trucking companies located throughout the United States. The candidate will also be responsible for servicing an established base of customers. The function of the sales position is to initiate phone contact with transportation / trucking companies, uncover their fueling needs, and build a plan to sign them as a customer or convert their fleet cards to Fuelman or Pacific Pride. The person in this role will also handle new account set-ups including credit applications, card orders, and basic account maintenance functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Call commercial fleet businesses over the phone to uncover new prospective candidates for Guttman Fleet Solutions services. The prospecting process will include e-mail communication and periodic face-to-face scheduled meetings.
- Develop a strong understanding of the fleet card industry, competitor’s product offerings, and the specific fueling needs of trucking companies with 5 to 150 vehicles.
- Schedule conference calls and in-person appointments with owners, CFO’s, and transportation managers to uncover existing fleet card pains and build a sales plan to convert their fleet card business.
- Maintain and update all contact information and prospecting notes within Dynamics data base and prepare sales prospect activity reports for supervisor on a weekly basis.

Fleet Safety and Compliance Coordinator
Job Summary
The Fleet Safety and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of our Driver Operational Policy as well as the daily monitoring and implementation of our vehicle telematics and dashcam programs.
The Fleet Safety and Compliance Coordinator will play a key role in moving safety and compliance efforts forward for our commercial and passenger fleets. This position reports to and works closely with the Senior Transportation Manager. Additionally, will collaborate daily with other employees in the department, and throughout operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Responsible for the daily administration of our Driver Operational Policy. Duties in this area include reading and interpreting daily reports that measure driver performance in areas including:
- CSA data from roadside inspections
- Crash data
- Telematics data from our partner ELD-provider Platform Science
- Overweight citations
- Hours-of-service violations
- MVR dataMonitors dashcam data for Austin's commercial and passenger fleets and other vehicles as assigned.
- Maintains policy-based point system using agreed upon metrics.
- Works with APC field managers to ensure proper coaching and follow-up is completed in a timely and effective manner.
- Interface with Human Resources to ensure proper administration of policy is executed as necessary.
- Coordinate service and installation of telematics equipment and dash cams in Austin Powder vehicles with goal of 100% operational equipment.

This role will provide comprehensive oversight of the agency's vehicle fleet to ensure safety, compliance, reliability, and costeffective operations. Responsibilities:MV Transportation is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager who will be a dynamic, multi-task oriented senior professional to manage all day-to-day maintenance aspects of this fixed route bus operation. The Fleet Maintenance Manager will ensure that all contractual requirements are achieved, and duties included will consist of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports. The Fleet Maintenance Manager must be able to properly manage a budget for maintenance program.
Qualifications:Talent Requirements:
- Must have at least three (3) or more years of recent (within the last five (5) years) and relevant experience managing the maintenance functions of a transit bus maintenance shop similar in scope, size, and complexity and with same or similar type of transit vehicles/equipment.
- Must have experience managing/ directing 10 plus employees (fleet Technicians/Service Workers/Cleaners).
- Experience working with 50 + buses within the last year.
- Previous passenger transportation in current project or similar environment preferred.
- Must be able to manage and interface with client.
- Must have the ability to track and control parts inventories, vendors and suppliers.
- Must be able to properly prioritize, implement and manage work schedules, projects and assignments.
- Must be able to manage the financial/accounting aspects of a fleet maintenance operation.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff in written and oral formats.
- Must have computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and Microsoft outlook.
- Must have technical competence with light/medium/heavy duty vehicle repair and preventive maintenance.
- Must display initiative, professionalism, candor and tact at all times.
- ASE or manufacture’s certifications a plus.
- Technical experience with fixed route transit bus maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of managing audits, PM schedules.
- Experience with Diesel, CNG, and Alternative fuels a plus.
- Must have a CDL class B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
Starting Salary Range: $135,000 - $145,000

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Providing administrative s upport for the operations of our vehicle repair shop. This position is critical to ensuring an efficient workflow by managing work orders, tracking vehicle repairs, and serving as the primary point of contact for shop-related needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work Orders and Documentation:

Customer Service Representative is responsible for the private fleet administrative functions. Responsibility includes planning, tracking, tracing, and reporting on inbound and outbound dedicated loads. Works with the private fleet on-site team to ensure on time store deliveries, tractor utilization, inbound reverse logistics on time pick up, and driver safety and legal compliance operations.

The Director drives initiatives to maximize fleet performance and asset value, minimize lifecycle costs, and ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities that support company operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fleet Management
- Lead capital planning for fleet assets, including acquisition, replacement, and disposal strategies to optimize value and reduce total cost of ownership.
- Develop and enforce policies for cost-efficient fleet usage, fueling, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement advanced telematics and analytics to monitor fleet performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and extend vehicle and equipment life.

- Manage facility service contracts (HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, security, etc.), ensuring optimal vendor performance and cost efficiency.
- Supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs and improvements.
- Support internal customer service by ensuring facilities meet the needs of all departments and stakeholders.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
- Ten years of progressive experience in fleet, facilities, or operations management, including leadership responsibilities required.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with Company policy.

SHIFT: Sunday - Thursday, 11pm to 7am
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The primary function of a Dedicated Final Mile Fleet Manager is to utilize coaching and leadership skills to manage dedicated drivers and achieve specific goals. These goals include meeting pick-up and delivery requirements, maximizing revenue, driver productivity and other established company goals, retaining drivers, and achieving an excellent safety record.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accept orders, optimize routes, and plan delivery schedules maximizing productivity and efficiency
- Dispatch loads to the drivers (issue load information, delivery requirements, and routing)
- Arrange for additional labor for any deliveries that require it.
- Track drivers through their daily delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery expectations are being met.
- Communicate with drivers and customers quickly and effectively to resolve any delivery issues that may arise throughout the night.
- Communicate to next shift manager(s) the status of all routes to ensure for a seamless transition to the the next team.
- Notify Customer of issues/changes that might impact customer expectations or affect load assignments
- Promote safety throughout all areas of operations, including the dispatching of loads in accordance with the drivers hours of availability
- Focus on driver retention by understanding driver requirements/preferences, by monitoring driver performance to ensure driver requirements are being met, and by keeping drivers informed and motivated
- Identify, track, and resolve performance issues by conducting driver evaluations and driver route and hold meetings
- Resolve driver conflicts, problems, and requests with respect to matters such as, home time, pay, equipment, and load assignments
- Responsible for maintaining and submitting driver payroll records weekly.
- Ensure the awareness of and enforce company policies
- Maintain records pertaining to driver performance and productivity
- Track equipment maintenance requirements and schedule equipment to have work done accordingly
- Involvement in the training process required of these drivers to ensure they are educated and trained on all details required of the position, including proper operation of the moffett forklifts.
