As a dedicated Sr. Auto Appraiser, you will within defined guidelines and framework responsible for the investigation, negotiation, evaluation and appraisal of vehicle damage claims for both repairable and total loss vehicles to ensure estimate accuracy in compliance with state laws and regulations. What you'll do:
With the use of digital tools, evaluates and appraises highly complex auto physical damage claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, corporate guidelines and state laws and regulations.
Investigate claim damages including communicating with the insured, internal claims adjusters, and third parties/vendors. May require face-to-face interactions with members and third parties.
Review facts of loss and vehicle damage to determine if subrogation opportunities exist and ensures all supporting physical damage documentation is in the claim.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of P&C insurance industry products, services, contracts, and internal processes/systems/procedures to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policy provisions.
Review claims/suppliers for fraud indicators and refers to Special Investigations Unit for handling, if applicable.
Maintain accurate and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process for complex claims.
Maintain high standards of productivity through effective desk management, timely follow ups, and accurate mapping of repair plan and timeline for repair in support of fast and accurate claims adjudication.
Responsible for reviewing additional damages received from repair facilities to either complete a supplement or triage to field provider method of inspection.
May serve as a subject matter expert representative for disputed claims or trials. Serves as a resource to team members on escalated issues of a routine nature.
Partner with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate highest complexity claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.
Proactively provide policyholders with information regarding their coverage, repair estimate or total loss valuation, and claims/repair process while setting appropriate expectations.
Support workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.

What you have:
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Heavy Equipment Parts Sales Specialist to join our Dolton, IL location. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving the branch’s overall success — including growing sales, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering exceptional service to every customer. The ideal candidate is hands-on, goal-oriented, and ready to take ownership of branch performance. This position also includes warehouse responsibilities such as shipping, receiving, organizing, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, operating a track press, and performing other assigned tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally and accurately assist customers with part inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and equipment dealers to foster loyalty and drive repeat sales
  • Look up parts, check inventory availability, and recommend appropriate products
  • Prepare accurate quotes, process sales orders from start to finish, and follow up to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve or exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the branch’s market reach
  • Pick, ship, receive, label, and organize inventory efficiently
  • Unload shipments, process vendor invoices, and maintain accurate records
  • Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks (training provided if needed)
  • Learn and operate a track press (training provided)
  • Learn all aspects of branch operations, including inventory, logistics, purchasing, and staffing, with the potential to step into a leadership role
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment that reflects company standards
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager


Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college coursework a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally in parts distribution, undercarriage, or heavy equipment
  • Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to identify and recommend parts for bulldozers, excavators, track loaders, and other earthmoving machinery
  • Proven relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Hands-on, results-driven approach with strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Comfortable using the internet to source technical information and verify part numbers
  • Ability to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. with assistance, following safe handling practices
  • Willingness to work in a warehouse and occasional outdoor environments; noise levels consistent with standard business operations

Responsibilities

  • Retouch and color correct image assets ranging from ecom product, flat shots, editorial, and campaign for both print and digital application.
  • Adapt and adhere to established brand style guidelines and requirements including cataloging, naming, cropping, color managing, masking, skin tones, and clothing details.
  • Meet creative deadlines and daily averages to support ecommerce, wholesale and various departments.
  • Organize and manage the retouching calendar to prioritize tasks and due dates, ensuring on-time delivery and transparency.
  • QC and ensure visual consistency for all image assets content throughout each season.
  • Organize and manage digital assets while following established procedures.
  • Manage and supervise any necessary outsourcing of retouching when needed to ensure the resulting work adheres to the brand’s standards and consistency.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in a professional retouching role or equivalent.
  • Portfolio including fashion experience with before and after samples.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Lightroom, and Bridge.
  • Proficiency in file management, web optimization techniques, and hi-resolution retouching for both print and digital.
  • Comfortable retouching film images in addition to digital.
  • Must be capable and comfortable working in a Mac environment.
  • Studio and file management experience are a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.

Working closely with stylists, photographers, and the studio team, this role helps maintain an efficient shoot flow in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Support the lead stylist and studio team to maintain consistent brand presentation across all imagery.
  • Maintain orderly sample flow before, during and after shoots including returns, tracking, and organization.
  • Prepare and organize still-life product photography samples including accessories, shoes, handbags, and jewelry.
  • Work cross-functionally with photographer, lead stylist, hair & makeup and creative leadership to help meet production deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Assist with general studio readiness including rack organization, sample inventory support, and prep workflow.
  • Assist with styling preparation for all apparel on-model shoots, ensuring product is camera ready.

QUALIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, coursework, or demonstrated interest in Fashion Merchandising, Styling, Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.


WORK EXPERIENCE:

1–2 years of styling, retail, visual merchandising, studio, or related fashion experience preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong interest in fashion styling and studio production are encouraged to apply.
