Consultation Attorney (Inbound) – Trust & Estate Disputes $200K+ OTE

The Role

If you’re a California attorney who’s great with people and persuasion, but you’re done with the daily grind, this is a high-income, client-facing attorney role built around inbound consultations and closing.

You’ll meet with pre-qualified prospects (scheduled for you), diagnose the issue, explain the path forward, and help families retain the firm. The legal team handles the case after retention.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct inbound consultations with prospective clients (no prospecting)
• Use a proven consultative framework to close retained matters
• Follow up with qualified prospects who didn’t retain on the first consult
• Track your pipeline and KPIs (close rate, follow-up activity, retained revenue)
• Coordinate a smooth handoff to the legal team after the client retains

What You Won’t Do

• No litigation, pleadings, discovery, depositions, or trials
• No court appearances
• No case management after retention
• No cold calling or lead generation

Dedicated Intake Team (You focus on closing)

Our intake team:

• Answers inbound calls
• Collects initial information
• Qualifies prospects
• Books appointments directly on your calendar

Compensation (Real Earnings)

• Base Salary: $70,304
• Uncapped Commission: 5% on revenue from retained matters you close every two weeks
• OTE: $200,000+ (Base + Commission)
• Top performers currently earn $200K+
• 90-Day Ramp Support: Guaranteed transitional compensation equivalent to $90,000 annualized during onboarding (you keep upside if commissions exceed the draw)

Requirements

• Active California Bar License (good standing)
