The Project Manager at RWE Design Build is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing veterinary clinic construction projects from conception to completion. This includes budgeting, scheduling, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and managing project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and completing construction projects on time and within budget, while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
- Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.

As a Project Manager II with Graycor Construction Company, you will have the authority to drive successful project results, moving your projects from preconstruction through final closeout in the safest manner possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.
AS A PROJECT MANAGER II, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Ensure all safety compliance and quality programs are being executed on the project site. Safety is one of our core values.
- Actively participate in bidding and pre-construction services.
- Represent Graycor as the client’s primary contact. Openly and confidently communicate with all other parties involved with the project, establishing trust and rapport with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage the performance of the professional support personnel on the project site. This typically includes a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager, Field Superintendents, and administrative staff.
- Maintain strict control over the budget and keep project on schedule, ensuring ongoing profitability.
- Execute subcontracts and purchase orders, and approve subcontractor invoices and change requests. Negotiate contract changes with the client. Complete close-out requirements for projects and collect final payment.
- Mentor and train Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to ensure their ongoing career growth and development.
- Implement new ideas. Be an active member and leader within the Graycor Construction Company, actively participating in committees, make recommendations for new initiatives, and embrace new policies related to Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement Programs, Lean Construction, and Zero Punch Lists.
TO BE A SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant construction operations experience, with experience managing distribution center and/or light industrial manufacturing construction projects.
- A bachelor degree, preferably in construction management, engineering or a related field.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.

The Fire Protection Designer will be responsible for supporting the design and layout of fire sprinkler systems for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. This role works closely with project managers, engineers, field teams, and other trades to ensure system designs are accurate, code-compliant, and aligned with project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare fire sprinkler design drawings that maximize efficiency, meet code compliance and industry standards, and coordinate with building components and other trades, using design software and 3D modeling.
- Coordinate pipe and sprinkler locations with building components and other trades.
- Prepare hydraulic calculations to determine pipe sizes.
- Stocklist materials for fabrication and purchasing.
- Detail shop drawings for installation.
- Submit drawings, documentation and completed applications submitting applications for permits to the proper municipalities and/or authorities, with the appropriate transmittal forms.
- Attend Company Meetings and reporting status of work as required.
- Provide accurate and complete information on reports and quotes.
- Expedite drawing approvals on a timely and consistent basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related from an accredited college or university.
- Knowledge of and experience using design software, such as AutoSprink, Hydratec and/or AutoCad preferred.
- NICET certification preferred; learn and comply with NFPA standards and other applicable federal, state, and local codes.

A Brief Overview:
The Clinical Research RN manages research projects and participants within Endeavor Health. This role combines clinical expertise with research acumen in the CRU structure. In this position, the RN manages administrative tasks, study participant interaction and study monitor interaction. The RN will provide nursing care services including consenting, treating, and monitoring clinical research participants at Endeavor Health. Duties include coordination with study investigators to plan and implement research projects, assistance with data collection and tracking forms, development and implementation of data tracking procedures, coordination and liaison with other research sites, completion of case report forms, accurate and timely collection of information to meet study requirements of sponsors, monitoring quality assurance for billing, and the management of study databases. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support our client on a portfolio of initiatives across business and technology teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys facilitating collaboration, managing backlogs, and keeping projects moving forward in an Agile environment.
You will play a key role in coordinating work between business stakeholders, development teams, and reporting teams, maintain well-defined requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies and working sessions, and provide consistent status communications across multiple data and analytics products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage end-to-end work intake and prioritization with business partners; translate requests into actionable backlog items.
· Set up and maintain Jira backlogs, UAT logs, and related tracking artifacts; support light Jira administration (permissions, filters) and troubleshooting in partnership with the Jira support team.
· Plan, schedule, and facilitate recurring project meetings and agile ceremonies; create agendas, keep discussions focused, and publish timely meeting notes and action items.
· Drive requirement clarification through structured stakeholder discussions; document requirements directly in Jira and maintain Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) for initiatives.
· Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; coordinate across teams to align on next steps and ensure delivery momentum.
· Provide consistent stakeholder communications, including bi-weekly status reporting (e.g., status slide deck) and follow-up on open items in decision/action logs.
· Support delivery for data and analytics solutions by coordinating between front-end reporting/tools and supporting databases (e.g., Power BI, Qlik, and related data models).
· Promote agile best practices and help teams effectively use backlog, sprint, and UAT processes.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· At least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional technical projects and facilitating stakeholder discussions from intake through delivery.
· Working knowledge of agile delivery practices (backlog management, sprints, UAT) and ability to coach teams on process.
· Hands-on experience using Jira (creating/managing issues, workflows/statuses, boards, filters) and maintaining clear, actionable requirements.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation, documentation, and status reporting to varied audiences.
· Ability to manage multiple workstreams, track dependencies, and drive resolution of blockers and ambiguity.
· Comfort working with data/analytics stakeholders and technical teams supporting databases and reporting solutions.
