This role involves managing technical requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Review and align customer specifications with project objectives and timelines.
Lead collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams across multiple locations.
Serve as the primary technical contact, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
Oversee verification processes to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Support tooling and production method improvements for efficiency and reliability.
Evaluate product and tooling drawings to ensure expectations are met.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including BOMs and change notices, in line with quality standards.
Plan and monitor implementation schedules to meet delivery goals.
Report on progress, budgets, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications Associate degree in engineering or technical discipline (Bachelor’s preferred).
Experience interpreting mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiar with project tracking tools and data management.
