Job Title: C&Q / CQV Project Lead

Location: Indianapolis, IN / Richmond, VA / Huntsville, AL (On-site)

Description:

We are seeking senior-level C&Q / CQV Project Leads with 15+ years of experience to support large-scale pharmaceutical projects. This role involves leading the implementation of an ASTM E2500-based verification methodology, integrating commissioning and qualification activities across the full project lifecycle—from design through closeout and operational handover. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, technical oversight, and program management to ensure successful delivery of C&Q activities using tools such as Kneat for electronic documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall C&Q scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead implementation of the integrated C&Q program based on ASTM E2500 verification approach.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee FAT, test case development, and execution activities.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the C&Q team.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, end users, construction, automation, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and execute detailed C&Q delivery strategies aligned with project timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across disciplines.
• Manage C&Q team activities including task assignments, daily meetings, and performance tracking.
• Escalate critical issues impacting timelines, document approvals, or cross-functional alignment.
• Train project teams and service providers on C&Q processes and methodologies.
• Oversee sourcing and management of test equipment, staffing, and field execution logistics.
• Monitor and report progress using defined C&Q performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain oversight of C&Q-specific safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of technical quality throughout project execution.
