Desert Legal Group is seeking a *skilled and driven Family Law Attorney* to join our expanding team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients lives while working alongside a team of experienced legal professionals.

*Responsibilities:*
* Represent clients in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, and modifications.
* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and settlement proposals.
* Conduct legal research to stay current on family law trends and best practices.
* Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials, advocating effectively for clients.
* Provide legal counsel and support to clients throughout their cases.
* Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management.
*Qualifications:*
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Licensed to practice law in Arizona and in good standing.
* 1+ year(s) of family law experience *required*.
* Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to manage a family law caseload while providing exceptional/responsive service to the client.
* A client-centered approach, with a passion for advocating in family law matters.
