The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking an experienced senior-level engineer to lead the Signature Integrity team in St. Louis, Missouri as a Signature Integrity Chief Architect for the next generation of advanced air systems.

Position Overview: Lead the development of the Signature Integrity Program to support manufacturing and sustainment of the stealth characteristics of an advanced Air Dominance platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the program’s signature integrity vision.

  • Integrate Signature Integrity Software, Supportable LO (SLO), and Signature Assurance and Verification (SAV) teams with manufacturing, QA, Product Support, M&P, and System Engineering.

  • Oversee the development of supportability technology, maintenance and QA processes, and signature assessment methods.

  • Define verification requirements, criteria, and tools, and correlate signature data for manufacturing and sustainment.

  • Manage the program’s signature maintenance software system.

  • Collaborate with the Signature Integrity manager to implement the signature integrity plan, providing technical vision and leadership to a diverse engineering integrated product team (IPT).

  • Analyze customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for the LO subsystem's manufacture and maintenance.

  • Develop high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications

  • Validate designs through various methods of review, testing and analysis

  • Identify designs, materials, tools or methods of improvements to reduce LCC for users.

  • Mature data collection and analysis tools and system to efficiently direct LO maintenance actions by users.

Other Responsibilities May Include:

  • Agility: Candidates may work across multiple projects to coordinate a consistent approach/solution to signature integrity. Strong organization and documentation skills will be needed to manage multiple simultaneous projects in various states of maturity.

Key Responsibilities - Strategic Account Ownership


  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of Tier-1 and Tier-2 data center accounts, including operators, hyperscalers, and large enterprise customers
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans focused on share-of-wallet growth, service line expansion, and long-term partnerships
  • Establish executive-level relationships (Director, VP, and C-Suite) across customer organizations

Revenue & Growth Execution


  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual bookings and gross-profit targets
  • Originate, qualify, and close complex opportunities
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Delivery and Services lines of business

Complex Deal Leadership


  • Lead the full pursuit process including discovery, solution shaping, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations
  • Partner closely with Preconstruction, Estimating, Engineering, and Operations to deliver technically and financially sound proposals


Market & Relationship Development


  • Represent the company in the local and national data center ecosystem, including industry events, operator forums, and partner meetings
  • Collaborate with OEMs, GCs, ECs, developers, and design partners to influence early project positioning
  • Provide market intelligence on customer buying behavior, competitor activity, and emerging service demand


Internal Leadership & Collaboration


  • Serve as a senior commercial leader and role model within the sales organization

POSITION SUMMARY: Controls Engineers are responsible for designing, developing, installing, and maintaining equipment used to monitor and control systems, equipment and processes. They work in various industries including building management systems, power system automation and protection systems. Controls engineers are technical experts in areas such as advanced process control, instrumentation, distributed control systems, PLCs, and SCADA systems. Controls engineers use these skills to design and implement solutions to our customers' complex needs.

Specific areas of expertise for this position include power chain monitoring and control systems in Data Centers and /or mission critical environments. Experience in Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) and field device configuration such as gateways, PLC, Meters, Relays, and SCADA/HMI software. Experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS) and configuration/programming of field controllers is beneficial.

    • Assists Senior Engineers in design documents for SCADA/Automation projects

    • Assists senior engineers in preparation of cost estimates and supporting documentation
    • Work with relevant stakeholders to review scope of project
    • Conduct any surveys, inspections, tours, etc. of client sites, as required
    • Assists senior engineers in evaluation and pricing of change orders from vendors


  • Personnel Management

    • Assigns tasks and coordinates with Technical Staff
    • Provides technical direction and on-the-job training to drafters, engineering technicians, and less experienced engineers.

What You Will Do:

  • Direct phases of programs from inception through completion, act as an Integrated Product Manager of multi-disciplinary employees on projects in technical manufacturing and administrative areas.
