Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
Richmond, KY | Full-Time | Clinic-Based
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Deliver high quality, evidence‑ ‑based occupational therapy to pediatric clients
- Support children in areas such as motor development, sensory processing, self‑care, and functional independence
- Partner closely with families and caregivers to create individualized, child centered‑ care plans
- Overseeing existing caseload
- Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary team in a positive, team-oriented‑ clinic environment
- Build meaningful, trusting relationships with children and families
- Complete clear, timely documentation aligned with state and professional standards
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development
Basic Qualifications
- Active Kentucky OT license
- Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- 1+ year of OT experience (required for supervision rotation support)
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication skills with caregivers, kids, and clinical teammates
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric OT experience
- Interest in pediatric specialty certifications
- Comfort working in a fast paced, clinic‑-based‑ environment

Compensation & Benefits
- $35.00–$37.50/hour (flexible for the right candidate)
