Job Description

THE POSITION:

At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. Weโ€™re open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients canโ€™t wait.

The most important aspect of this position is to productively execute the movement of materials from dock to storage to staging and shipment per EVERSANA SOPs. The position also requires the incumbent to be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (i.e., Forklift, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Bendi Forklift).

Essential Functions

  • Comply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Fulfill tickets for customers by reading production schedules, order forms and requisitions
  • Identify, locate, and gather product for distribution to specified areas
  • Assemble, build, and transport customer orders
  • Certified to operate Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift to transport items through our certification program
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Operate EVERSANA RF device

Responsibilities

  • Adherence to all manufacturing requirements including Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
  • Focus on safety at all times and comply with all safety requirements
  • Follow all formal standard operating procedures (SOPs) that control the order fulfillment process in temperature-controlled areas
  • Meet all shift requirements as assigned (timely, uniform, etc.)

MANDATED UNIFORM: khaki-colored pants, close-toed shoes, and a blue shirt. Leggings, yoga pants, or any form-fitting stretch pants are not permitted. Shoes should be sturdy and provide full coverage, ensuring no skin or socks are visible through the shoe material. Once the probationary period has concluded (60 days) employees receive an allotment to receive customized EVERSANA uniforms.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • Work experience in a fast-paced, distribution warehouse environment or stock room strongly preferred
  • Previous forklift operation experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED), from any accredited institution inside or outside of the US.
  • Strong verbal communication skills required
  • Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills needed to manage order specific documentation (a calculator may be used)
  • Ability to follow instructions without deviation required
  • Ability to work the required hours (expect 40hrs/week), in addition to overtime (as needed)

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.

Warehouse: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Environmental demands include walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasking in a busy environment. Job Description

The EVERSANA Neurology Sales Specialists (NSS) are responsible for driving performance in top headache centers, neurology accounts and primary care accounts within assigned geography for our client Impel Pharmaceuticals. The NSS is expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in their territory. The NSS will professionally represent Impel Pharmaceuticals in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. This position is responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company defined metrics.

We are looking for top-performing Neurology Sales Specialists (NSS) with a competitive spirit and experience in new drug product launch, preferably in migraine or Neurology. You will join an energetic, nimble, and performance-based team preparing for the launch of our first commercial product. This is an opportunity to own your geography (no mirror) and introduce a new technology in a dynamic and competitive market.

Our Client, Impel Pharmaceuticals, is focused on developing and commercializing transformative therapies for people living with central nervous system (CNS) disorders through the pioneering of an optimized approach to drug delivery. Our investigational therapies are enabled by the Companyโ€™s proprietary upper nasal delivery technology, known as the Precision Olfactory Delivery, or PODยฎ, device.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Operate with a sense of urgency to drive appropriate utilization of TRUDHESA by working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
  • Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and propose responsible solutions for success
  • Develop and implement data driven and effective customer specific territory plans with Regional Sales Managers
  • Expertly deliver in-person (virtual if necessary) approved product, access, and corporate messaging
  • Effectively anticipate and handle customer objections and exceed customer expectations by delivering value to Health Care Professionals and accounts
  • Maintain expert knowledge on territory managed care/access environment and partner with the Managed Markets team to implement and measure push and pull-through initiatives that support achieving sales objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders in region
  • Provide relevant, thoughtful input to other commercial colleagues (e.g., sales leadership, regional sales managers) regarding strategic and tactical planning for territory, region, and nation
  • Understand the regulatory environment and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements, including those of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, the Prescription Drug Marketing Act, the Pharma Code, the OIG guidelines
  • Present a positive and professional image of Impel Pharmaceuticals and ensure activities are consistent with Impel Pharmaceuticalsโ€™ ethical pharmaceutical marketing and compliance laws and regulations
  • Oversee the proper utilization of corporate resources and assets

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • 1 year of pharmaceutical specialty sales experience preferred
    • Strongly prefer Migraine experience or Neurology
    • Prefer experience working with specialty pharmacy
  • Proven track record of launch success
  • Outstanding communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to travel up to 50% including overnight travel
