Drum Teacher (Conga drum)

We are looking for Conga Drum Teachers to give one-on-one lessons to students of all levels. From beginners learning their first rhythms to advanced players developing style and performance, your guidance will help them grow with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Teach drumming techniques, rhythms, timing, and improvisation

Adapt lessons to each student’s level and goals
Support students in developing performance skills and musical creativity
Organize your own teaching schedule

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of drums (congas)

Teaching or performance experience is a plus
Clear communication and a patient, supportive style
Reliable and motivated
