IRONDELTA is a steel erection company specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) with some structural steel. We’re looking for a leader who can estimate, build relationships, secure new work, read contracts without crying, and help run the business.
This is not a typical PM job. This is for someone who can think like a builder, strategist, and partner while still staying connected to the field. If you’re the type who can think strategically AND still handle the day-to-day stuff without acting like you’re too important to pick up the phone, we want you.
You will NOT be doing this alone. We already have a Field Project Manager handling daily jobsite activity, field needs, questions, coordination, and the small but important details.
That means your job is to focus on estimating, operations, company growth, and high-level project management.
You guide, coordinate, and keep the company moving in the right direction.
What You’ll Actually Do
1. Estimating & Growing the Company (Top Priority)
• Bid PEMB + steel projects
• Build accurate proposals and scopes
• Review contracts, schedules, exclusions, and terms
• Network with GCs, owners, and industry partners
• Follow up on bids and pursue new opportunities
• Help fill and maintain a strong project pipeline
• Identify future work and support long-term growth
• Strengthen IRONDELTA’s reputation and relationships in the industry
2. Project Management
• Build schedules and keep everyone aligned
• Watch job health: man hours, budget trends, materials, equipment
• Communicate with GCs, owners, and the office
• Solve issues in the field with the Field PM
• Conduct site visits (not every day — you have support)
• Provide oversight to ensure safe, clean, high-quality job sites
3. Company Operations
• Work closely with our Business Operations Manager (you say what and when; she makes the magic happen)
• Communicate milestones, progress, and approved changes for billing
• Improve systems to make field + office flow better — or create new ones if the old ones suck
• Forecast manpower and workload
• Support process development as IRONDELTA scales
4. Leadership
• Support crews without micromanaging
• Mentor and motivate field and office staff
• Promote accountability and teamwork
• Keep documentation accurate and updated
What You Need
• Strong PEMB knowledge — roof & wall sheeting, framing, welding, decking, insulation, trim, etc.
• Ability to read drawings and solve field challenges
• Good communication and follow-through
• Leadership without being a jerk
• Solid problem-solving ability
• OSHA 30 preferred (or willing to get it)
• Must be drug-free and eligible to work in the U.S.
• A reliable truck (you’ll receive $700/Month)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze bid invitations, blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work to gain a thorough understanding of the project and its requirements.
- Prepare accurate bids for and demonstrate expertise in stucco and siding scopes of work.
- Attend pre-bid meetings, job walks, and post-bid interviews as required.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs of masonry scopes of work.
- Generate Requests for Information (RFI’s) when drawings and specifications are unclear or contradictory.
- Create cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Determine project durations from quantities, crew size, and productions.
- Assist in sequencing the project to meet project schedules and optimize production.
- Ensure costs reflect current market rates and what is shown in the plans and specifications.
- Submit proposals to General Contractor by published due dates.
- Provide cost breakouts as requested by the client.
- Find creative solutions for Value Engineering.
- Develop and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors.
- Manage bids from vendors and subcontractors.
- Establish and maintain communication with the project team, including post-bid follow-ups, alternates, extra work, and change orders.
- Maintain Estimate files in a neat and organized manner.
- Assist the Operations team with identifying and pricing changes that happen during the project.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
- Deep understanding of construction project lifecycles, including pre-construction, estimating, and project management processes.
- Extensive knowledge in exterior envelope systems, including siding and stucco related finishes.
- Experience in commercial construction (Division 4 Masonry preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Good organizational and time management skills.

The incumbent will have general knowledge of OSHA regulations, standard safety procedures, and best safe work practices. General knowledge of behavioral-based safety programs is a plus. Primary Duties
Under general supervision of the HSE Supervisor, the HSE Technician II will:
Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of bioMerieux Quality System.
Implement and monitor the facilities health & safety programs, policies, and procedures. Collect and analyze safety incident and injury statistics in a spreadsheet format and report results to safety committee and other stakeholders.
Assist with monitoring environmental practices and permitting to ensure compliance.
Perform job safety analysis (JSA’s) and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct safety training including:
new employee safety orientation
Specific occupational health and safety topic training to individuals and groups
Compile statistics and reports relevant to safety training.
Inspect and maintain safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, safety showers/eye wash, first aid kits and AED’s.
Assist with site Safety Committee activities and Building Emergency Response Teams (B.E.R.T) as needed.

What You Will Do
We are seeking mid to senior career Engineers to join the Signature Management & Technology Team. At Raytheon, you will be part of a team whose responsibilities span the full lifecycle of the product- from initial conceptual design to modeling and analysis, from component to missile level RCS testing, and production support to maintainability.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
- Eight (8) years experience in calibrating, operating, and trouble shooting instrumentation radars for far field RCS measurements
- Experience using RCS processing software for data analysis
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience operating and maintaining Resonant Sciences Radarman II instrumentation radar
- Experience operating near field radar systems
- Experience with range certification/registration process and management of the range handboo

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Travel and Per Diem:
- All travel reward points and air miles earned personally belong to each Management Consultant and can be used as preferred

- A pre-tax biweekly allowance is included for parking and transportation fare to and from employees’ home airport
