The Project Manager will lead the project team and have overall responsibility for the success of assigned project(s) with a focus on budgeting, planning, scheduling, quality, and relationship with owners and subcontractors

Select Responsibilities:

• Work with project team to ensure timely completion and accuracy of project information and targets
• Organize and participate in project meetings with staff, owners, architects, and trade partners
• Prepare contracts and change orders in a timely fashion
• Prepare and communicate monthly variance cost/budget reports to the management team
• Provide oversight for all phases of construction, including safety, staffing, and ensuring contract documents are being followed and work is on schedule and within budget
• Foster strong partnership with owner to help the firm continue building on their 80% repeat business with current clients
• Produce and assist in close-out documentation

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or other relevant discipline
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the multifamily and commercial construction industries
• Successfully managed multiple projects to completion with values ranging from $10M-$60M
• Ability to organize, analyze, and problem solve challenges when they occur on assigned projects
• Effective communication and ability to build/foster strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s quality control program and supporting documentation
• Organizes and sets up project-specific QC plans, ensuring teams are prepared to execute and document requirements in the field
• Performs site inspections across projects to verify compliance with QC procedures and proper documentation practices
• Trains employees and trade partners on quality expectations, program execution, and ongoing skill development
• Collaborates with project teams to resolve non‑conformance issues and ensure quality closeout requirements are completed for client turnover
• Promotes engagement in quality initiatives while working flexibly in the office or on project sites, including nights and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field.
• 15+ years of construction experience or equivalent time in construction quality control with strong focus on building envelope work
• Must hold OSHA 30 and First Aid certifications
• Spanish proficiency preferred, though not mandatory
• Able to interpret contract documents and work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends based on project needs
• Must have Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

·        Data Management Centralization: Collect initial project related data from several online resources and upload it to Internal SST resources (Buildertrend, etc). Conduct daily review of project related data & ensure that all data entered into Buildertrend and other SST resources is accurate and up-to-date.

·        Project Initiation: Create Projects & Project Estimates in Quick Books Online and handover them to Project Teams.

·        Standardization: Ensure all information and documentation follows a consistent layout, terminology, and tone.

·        Process Mastery & Testing: Enrich existing Working Instructions by conducting interviews and "shadowing" sessions with team members to understand current "as-is" workflows in different locations. Personally perform the tasks to "master" the process and identify hidden steps or bottlenecks.

·        Visual Mapping & Instruction Authoring: Create clear flowcharts and process maps. Convert workflows into clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working instructions.

·        Continuous Maintenance & Improvement: Periodically review and update SOP & WI to ensure they stay relevant as the business evolves. Investigate opportunities to simplify and automate data management.

·        Communication: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth processing of customer requests and project updates. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with customer inquiries.

·        Organization: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

This role plays a vital part in ensuring that all operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risk in dynamic work environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the field and in office settings, engaging directly with crews and leadership, and driving accountability through strong communication and consistent enforcement of safety expectations. You will be responsible for helping implement and maintain both company and client safety programs, while serving as a key resource for hazard recognition, incident prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with OSHA 1926 standards and applicable regulations
• Conduct regular safety inspections across multiple active job sites with varying scopes of work
• Lead and facilitate team safety meetings and toolbox talks
• Communicate effectively with field teams, management, and vendors
• Implement and enforce company safety programs, including vendor safety policies
• Identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and track mitigation efforts
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective/preventative actions
• Maintain accurate safety documentation (JSAs, incident reports, and training records)
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with company and client safety requirements
• Support new hire safety orientations and ongoing training initiatives
• Perform safety audits and participate in internal and external compliance audits
• Report key safety metrics (near misses, corrective actions) to appropriate entities
• Ensure proper use of PPE, MEWPs, forklifts, and other safety equipment
• Coordinate with project management to integrate safety into daily operations and planning
• Enforce safety procedures related to high-risk activities such as fall protection, excavations and LOTO, hot work activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction safety
• Degree in/or certifications in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field
• OSHA 30 certification (OSHA 510 and/or 500 a plus)
• Can work in a Federal Trade Zone (FTZ)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• CPR/First Aid Certification a plus

• Prepares project or job packages including material estimates and material requisitions of the materials required for the prepared distribution electrical designs.
